We are totally satisfied during our 3 days 2 nights stay in The Smart Hotel Hat Yai. All staffs are friendly & very helpful with superb shuttle services. During our first night exploring Hat Yai, we called the hotel for shuttle service to return to hotel from Asean Market. Although we had mistakenly waiting at the wrong location, the hotel staff had done a great job to search & safely bring us back to hotel. The room cleanliness, comfort & facilities almost similar to the 5 stars hotel in Malaysia. Surely will coming back to this hotel for future visit to Hat Yai. Syu, Malaysia (Dec 2018)

Suitable only for sleep and eat. -About 250 meter from main street, by the way, they have Car Service and I have my own car

The hotel was located very near to largest shopping mall in Hat Yai, the central festival, 8mins walking distance from the Asean Trade Bazaar (you can book shuttle as well for free - 20mins early for booking), and approx. 10mins drive from the central town (Lee Gardens). The hotel area was quiet and very comfortable to sleep. The hotel staff was very much helpful and welcoming.

Very close Makro shop and central festival shopping center. I bought a lot of thins in Makro.. Haha. You can find out nice restaurants, coffee shop around the hotel via Google website. But problem is you can listen talk sound, door sound.. Make you a bit upset.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I booked through Agoda with very attractive price. Planned to stay for one night and move to another hotel the next day but I loved the bed so much that I’d decided to extend my stay. Location wise for me it’s easy to go around since I have my own car.
