Very clean!! Staff was very helpful. Location can easily be found through Waze. The whole place is quiet. Would highly recommend if youre just looking for a cheaper, clean place to stay in. Blanket was a little too thin so you could get cold easily. Keep in mind they only carry cup noodles and some drinks and biscuits, no meals. All in all, would definitely stay again.

I travelled with an infant so it was scary to sleep in the bed as he is prone to falling. I also have my grandma who cannot sleep on the floor (difficultly to get up) The 2 rooms we booked, i requested to transfer the mattress on one room so we can just stay together (4 adults), but they didn’t allow, i can put the mattress down from the one room but we cannot combine bec owner is not present and they cannot decide. I said i am in a dead end esp we are staying for 4 nights. They lent us an extra mattress instead (no charge)and it solved the matter. Thanks

All facilities are clean, nice home attendant and guard, ac is functioning very good, cr is perfect and with water heater, they have hang ons for clothes in the cr, cons is they don't have heavy breakfast but their bread is great, they also must have a brewed coffee as davao is also known to have good brewed coffee which they could sell. They can also have silog meals for breakfast as option for improvement

The hotel is in great shape- pretty new. Our room was super clean thanks to the workers here. Something to note for the elderly,they only have stairs so if you’re old who has a problem in going to high places better book a room on the first floor.

The location is very accessible and it’s near Abreeza, Victoria Plaza and Gmall. The staff were very accommodating and the owner as well. Will surely stay here again when I go back to Davao City.

Clean room, helpful staff”

I can not judge the location as I am not familiar with Davao, but all we needed was within a short walk. The room and bed was clean also a small breakfast was included which was a bonus. (food maybe is not for everyone's taste) To us it was a good place to stay. To me personally the cleanness is high on my list and the place excelled in this regard.

Clean and spacious room”

We had a great stay here. The staff were accommodating and helpful😊. They even provided my son a slipper since di kami nakapag dala. Also, gave me a room on lower ground since ninote ko na may bata nga akong kasama and they don't have a lift sa hotel. Very clean and spacious ang room, and I was so happy na yong washroom wala ding amoy at malinis talaga. So far one of the best hotel na booked ko. Recommended🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very Accessible; Value for Money; With Light Breakfast”

We stayed for one night at The Strand Suites and Dormitel and we had a SUPERB stay! The place is very accessible, near Abreeza Mall and Victoria Plaza. It's also just a few blocks away from well-known fast food chains and tgere are even restaurants in the neighborhood. The place is very clean anf their staff is very accommodating. The room that I've booked has twin beds and it looks exactly the same as the posted photos. There were slippers inside the room (totally convenient!) and they also have hot shower. The room is spacious for two people and has a lamp shade in case you need it. They offer a free light breakfast, which is coffee and a single bread with filling, though I suggest that they give their customers an option of either having coffee or hot chocolate or juice. I highly recommend this place 💗

Have a few things we noticed on the property. The door on were we stayed at (205) had a small space in between the sides of the door so a person from the outside could actually peek through it and see you inside. What we did was to cover it with a cloth just so no one can peek through. Bathroom It would be great if the windows near the shower has some curtains, cause I feel like someone will peek through it anytime. Also they don’t have a door separating the shower area and the toilet. They do have a small divider in between those areas, but there’s no door attached to it. No big deal though, just be very careful when taking a bath so that water won’t be all over the toilet area. The hot shower takes a couple of minutes before you could actually enjoy it. Outside Noises You can hear everything! Lol I don’t mind it though cause I can still sleep even with it. Bed The bed is okay, but I eventually get burried overnight. Lol. The other bed is okay though. Maybe it’s just mine. We booked a twin room btw. The sheet is thin, but I’m fine with it since I just have to turn the ac on high so I won’t get cold that much. Furniture The cabinet’s door handle is broken. Again, I don’t mind. They have a TV, but most of the channels are not available. They don’t have netflix. Btw, they don’t have an elevator as well. The staff are there to help you with your luggages though so it was not a big deal for me. I just think of the stairs as my exercise hehe. A lot of the things I mentioned are okay with me, but I wanted to mention all these just so the people who are reading reviews will know what they’ll experience. On the brighter side, here are the advantages of the dormitel: -Good location -Near to carenderias, restaurants, mall, and fast food stores -room and the place in general are clean -staff are accommodating -budget friendly -they provide a light breakfast (pandesal and coffee) -very FAST WIFI Overall, our stay was good. the place is new and it is clean. good thing they have free breakfast. The room is great and away from the highway which you can sleep at night avoiding all the horns and beeps from vehicles. To go there, you need to ride a taxi and locate it or ride a tricycle as well. Some drivers don't know where is this place but considering you booked it online you should locate it on Google Maps and the rest is easy. Will go back here if not fully booked all the time since I am not able to book immediately this hotel for the reason it is fully booked all the time.

If you want a quiet place enough for privacy, this place is what you are looking for. It's clean and accessible for downtown areas. The complimentary breakfast though is only a little piece of bread and 3-in-1 coffee. It might cause misunderstanding but for someone who is always on the go, I think this breakfast arrangement is so-so. There are only cup noodles available during late night food trips but the good thing is victoria mall and food stalls can be found in a walking distance from the highway. Overall, it's a good value for money.

we stayed here overnight last dec. 2018. good: hotel is new very affordable rate around 900 pesos per night, fully airconditiones rooms hot and cold shower well maintained rooms strong wifi bad: the hotel is 4 storey bldg and our room is located in top floor and there is no elevator. but still highly recom. for travellers.

A new place located near Victoria Plaza. mall near Chowking. Quiet place. Front desk Staffs were welcoming and polite. Room is spacious and sparkling clean. Simple breakfast with 2 breads and 3 in 1 coffee.

First time staying here and I was surprised that there was a nice quiet aircon, the room was big enough and clean, as was the bathroom. Overall very happy was better than I'd expected for the price paid. Oh yeah the staff were polite and looked after my few requests.
