Deposit of 1000 baht is required upon check in, they do accept RM100 if you don't have Thai Baht. Hotel is just a stone throw away from Lee Garden Plaza, easy to flag a tuk-tuk. Rooms are new and clean. Toilet equipped with smart bidet. Staffs are friendly and helpful, one of them helped me to call the taxi driver to re-schedule time. Free snacks are available at 1st floor. The only downside is that you will have to re-log in everytime to connect their wifi. Nevertheless, we definitely would come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, accessible to most attractions. The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is clean and heating works perfect. There is a lift to go up to the rooms so luggage isn't an issue. Would definitely come back to stay when we head back to Hatyai again!

The hotel is lovely. Clean, modern and spacious room. The hotel also has a mini pantry that provides tea/coffee/snacks throughout the day, and serve as a simple breakfast corner in the morning. Perfect location that anyone can ask for as it is just a short walk to Oden/Lee Garden and many local food along the stretch. Staffs were friendly and always offer for help, rented a scooter from them and the scooter came by in less than 15 mins. The only con is that the room was not really soundproof... Will definitely come back again for a stay!

Good location ”
We love this hotel, though a bit hard to spot as it’s in the center of some buildings. The cleanliness of the room is great, once we opened the door and there’s fragrance smell unlike the others. Easily to walk to the Malls and railway. We definitely will stay in this hotel as we love the place.

Pros 1. Warm n friendly staffs 2. Unexpectedly served well taste and varied free breakfast. 3. Nice, clean and cosy room 4. Well located just outside the buzz of the main shopping area and within 5 mins walk there. Cons 1. Bath room tinted glass not suitable for non couple/guest who needs privacy.

The room are spacious and kept clean , toilets are like what you get in Japan with bidget toilet bowl . Very convenient location to many shopping area and night market . Food are available within walking distance and street not so crowded .. have peaceful sleep

Super clean and convenient”
A very clean and convenient hotel. Easy accessible with a 5min walk to lee garden and a 10mins walk to kim yong market. The staff are very friendly and very polite too.. do take note u are required to put a SGD50 or 1000thai baht deposit refundable upon check out. They have a complementary coffee bar at level 2. No cockroach was spotted thus i can say its really clean. Bed are more on the harder side. Bath drainage system are very good too. So dont have to worry. Air con is set default at a 22degree and u cannot set it any lower but it can be switch to a higher temperature. Do not worry because it is cold enough. And surprisingly their toilet comes with automated toilet seat bidet. Very good stay we had w this hotel.

Great hospitality”
Staying here 3d2n during our hatyai food hunting mission. It was superb experience, the room was super clean with auto bidet. New hotel in town. They even provide free snacking after 10am-5pm everyday. Worth every penny.

AWESOME ”
Very good location and staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is from 7am and because our flight is early at 7.30am, they prepare breakfast for us at 5am. Which hotel will do this extra mile? I travel to Hatyai at least once a year and I am going back to this hotel in my future visit. Thank you The Three Hatyai.

It’s a 5 stars services which we didn’t regret! The hotel is advance with their finishing such as lift & Japanese type of toilet bowl. They even provide lucky draw fr our CNY arrival! A red packet was placed on our room too! We will definitely recommend.

Nice boutique hotel”
Located in hat yai city centre and in walkable distance from kim yong market. The hotel is absolute new. Bed is comfortable and key hightlight is the toliet equipped with automatic bidet. Car park is available but limited so recommend to reserve the space. There is toast and boiled rice with few drinks available for breakfast. Not a problem for me since i can have more in local restaurant nearby
