1. Standard of services has deteriorated due to financial losses on the tourism and aviation industry. -Eg.Breakfast is no longer of the premium Westin merit.Foods are appalling. No more fresh juice or quality vege. 2. Room service was also below par.However,there are notable attempts of personnel trying to pacify customers demands. 3. Even so,there was an outstanding staff who caught the attention of many for his passionate and enthusiastic attitude at his job. Bosco,the waiter of the club breakfast has done the utmost in ensuring a comfortable and pleasant ambience for the club members through his fast response and chit-chats with customers. For example,he interacted with his customers to make all feel attended to. 'I saw you finish your coffee and maybe you would like another cup.' This man is an exemplar of the utmost a waiter can do. 4.Lastly,there was another incident which showed the favourable reception of the staff. We had mistakenly walked into the Cocktail which our package had not been entitled to.Yet,the indian lady at the service had still offered to sling hash us. Commendably,the food presented were well-done and enjoyable. In summary,even as much of the hospitality degree has dropped,there has been a continuous enthusiasm and endeavour of the staff there to supply and service!Westin has shown its resilience and will always be a remarkable brand!

Westin is a very good hotel. Location wise it’s very good if you love shopping. Just across the street from pavilion mall. The room is spacious, with a very very comfortable bed & pillow. Their true assests however is their staffs. Everyone from the doormen, concierge, reception, waitress at the restaurant, the restaurant manager, housekeeping were so welcoming and helpful. I will have no doubt to return to this hotel in the future

Sweet Brief Urban Getaway...”
I stayed for one night in The Westin in 30 Dec 2020 the moment they just reopened. Everything was absolutely satisfying. From room comfort, cleanliness, in-room entertainment. And the best for me was their gym. It had all the right equipments for a good workout. And quite spacious too. The buffet breakfast had enough Western & Local selections to appeal to my likings. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Really good hospitality overall. would definitely recommend to everyone to book your stay here!

Great location for a staycation!”
We loved our stay at The Westin KL. We deliberately went for the Club Floor option and enjoyed our evening drinks and snacks there. We also very much enjoyed the pool - a lovely setting with the bar right there! The rooms were large and clean and the staff were very attentive throughout. We would recommend and definitely stay again.

This was my second time staying at WESTIN KL. Great services in all areas. Staffs are well trained and always have that ever ready smile to greet u wherever you go and makes your day! I would like to point out especially Radha (I hope I spelled right) went to extra mile to ensure our request was being accede. Also there was this young lady who was at the Westin Club also did an exceptional job (unfortunately I did not manage to get her name). We had a very pleasant stay at Westin KL in January this year. It is conveniently located near shopping centres, all within walking distance. The room was clean and perfect with good view of the city. The staff were helpful and courteous. Will definitely come back again if we're in KL.

Excepcional”
One of my favourite hotel in KL for a staycation. Quiet. Relaxing. Hospitality of the staff here from the bellboy to the reception, F&B and even the cleaners, are just exceptional. Breakfast buffet with a variety of spread. Saltwater pool was an added bonus. Prime location. Been here a few times and each time they service were just marvelous.

Loved staying here. Location opposite the Pavillion is perfect. Bus 50m from the hotel. Bukit Bintang Underground Train station 2 minutes away. Monorail station 3 minutes walk. Great options for breakfast with fantastic staff. Check in and check out were easy and fast. Concierge went above and beyond for me and I forgot to get the guys name (tall guy) but I wish I did as he was just awesome. Pool staff also offer great service and always happy. My ONLY issues is (a) the lighting in the room is not bright enough at night and (b) as the bathrooms are slowly ageing I think they need a bit of a scrub - perhaps some bleach here and there but this is an issue throughout Malaysia but the rooms are very nice and clean and great quality linen on comfy beds. We would stay again.

Firstly i would like to give a compliment to all your staff TWKL the customer service are very superb. My parent love the room dining service so delicious. But sometimes is okey , i had request to pickup my plate a little bit pending but is okey i understandnduring weekend and peak season. I will repeat this hotel again once i repeat holiday at KL. Hotel also nearest to shopping just walkin distance only. 1 to 10 Overall i give 9/10. See you again.

I am very happy and thankful to front door staff who help me carry all my bags and wait for me politely as im carrying my baby and also to the cafe staff/ cashier guy who really understand my situation with baby and the room is very clean and comfortable and location is very convenient.

First time visitor at The Westin KL (and definitely coming back). Stayed 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to one of the Westin Club rooms. Great location (just opposite Pavilion Mall). Staff were very friendly (authentically, not forced). Was good value for money considering the hotel quality. Could have gotten cheaper hotel deals around the area but this experience convinced me that the right decision was made. Looking forward to going back there again.

Pavillion Mall is just across the road. Westin is in Bukit Bintang area which is the "Happening Part" of Kuala Lumpur (KL). All the 5* Hotels like JW Marriott & Banyan + Pavi are just side by side of Westin. This part of KL "Never Sleep" !!!

Not enough and Wonderful”
It was just only 1 night for us. Totally worth it! All the staff is super friendly especially morning breakfast the head chef. I cannot remember his name but his service to me is sooo wonderful. Love all the breakfast varieties. Complimentary for birthday, so far i've stayed so many hotels. The westin's cake is the best! Thank you and definitely i will come back again.

I booked a room for 3 nights without breakfast. Managed to check-in before 3pm, however my room wasn’t accessible as there was a mistake made by the front-desk. The staff was so efficient to rectify my problem and i was given complimentary breakfast for my whole stay. Thank you Fazliza & Jamil for their kind assistance. Definitely will come back!

Westin is in the best shopping location in KL. It's extremely convenient, facilities are good and staff are very help and friendly. Their swimming pool is great for children but maybe not for serious adult swimmers. Will stay again. Great for couples too.
