Location : quite a distance from city Center and no restaurant or massage Center nearby Cleanliness : very clean Space : room is spaces however the washroom is a bit small Staff : overall is friendly however they are few customer service officer couldn’t understand English

The facilities right at it's price spot. Everything was going so good and both of us has a really great time in a corner room. The room is quiet, private, cozy, modern look and well maintained. The location might not the best in town, and definitely a nice place for a romantic moment to spend with.

Big room, very comfortable room and friendly staffs. Though location not in center but if you wish to shop at Big C its quite near. and its nearer to Municiple park and Khloen Hae Floating Market so if not fancy of take Tuk-Tuk, it is convenient to take grab/drive to the place from hotel.

customer service need to be improve”

1. total booked 10 room unable to check in all even after 3pm. some room after check in havent to housekeeping. but with personal request king bed room. might early check out late can be accepted. But time control in check in weak 2. check out time (only 1 room), ask me to wait to checking room before release check out. But end up no 1 inform after done checking (i just right in front receptionist), just stupidly waiting there for long. Until i go again and ask why so long, then just replied me forgot inform me it was done checking .

The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is nice, room is big, nice and clean. like the swimming pool. location is near to many places such as morning markets, big c extra, 7-11, etc, all within 5-10 minutes drive

Excepcional”

Receptionist is friendly and they help us to get 2 kingbed room instead of single bed. FYI, you can asked receptionist's help to call for tuk-tuk to town😊. Their room is clean but the water pressure is slow and they didn't provide iron and ironboard

Staff with poor English, difficult to communicate. No other attraction or good food nearby. No adjoining room, inconvenient for family with young children. Message was not delivered upon booking confirmation.

Isolated from Hatyai town, make it a quiet place to stay. I book two room at a time, really like the mountain view from the room. Like every morning when rooster crowing. This hotel logistically Is in between Hatyai and Songkhla. We like this hotel !

Good The breakfast is good . Very tasty on the weekend. Its a new hotel . Everything look pleasing. The staff is very friendly Bad -The water heater control is extreme high . Anybody shorter than 165cm , will not able to adjust the temperature - The staff is very friendly .. but screw up the room arrangement twice . Have to remind them to put in my extra bed - 1/4 room's toilet is slightly dirty . But they came and clean it up fast after we complain. - All the attraction is quite far from the hotel .
