Perfect location.”
Top resort is perfect if you're looking for a quiet relaxed environment. There's a restaurant on site that has a German/ Thai menu. Swimming pool is amazing. The beach is within walking distance. Everything you need from food to bike rental and many more restaurants are within a stone's throw away. The hosts and staff are very friendly. There's a night market along the street at night. Bars and pubs are plentiful. This is a perfect place for couples and families just looking for an amazing get away. Streets are not at all crowded. I'd make this my base stay and explore the many other amazing places and lookouts from here. Not loud or noisy at all. Ps: there are atm's and money exchange facilities all over the place. Top resort is on the main road and easy to get to and from the ferry. Many people speaks English on the island and are super helpful. I recommend Top resort 100%. Enjoy

Small and friendly place to stay”
Older style, but spacious accommodation with kitchenette. Comfortable beds, lots of room for child to sleep on sofa. Neighbours on their patio were noisy until midnight. No direct beach access, but White Sand Beach is just down the road. Recommended to choose a Seaview room.

I stayed at this place after the quarantine and it did not disappoint, except the hot gym that can be of fixed when the air-conditioning gets a filter changed. The room is well equipped with essentials, the pool is nice to swim, the view from restaurant patio is superb. The personnel is very welcoming, and helpful. Thank you for the extra help for the port. I would certainly stay at this location. The beach is a 20 minutes walk, so be ready to put on some shoes or take short taxi ride. Many restaurants near by and I'm sure bars will open soon. Koh Chang is an awesome place, and this property is great for relaxation..

Pleasant stay”
A nice small resort. We had the cottage with seaview. Great view indeed, also from the small private terrace. A 5/10 minute walk to the beach. Pleasant stay and certainly recommended

Pros - staff are friendly and kind, owners speak a bunch of languages and are very personable, infinity pool was clean and beautiful, gym next to pool with a/c, spectacular views over white sands beach, restaurant on site, good wifi, clean room and facilities Cons - single had shared bathroom

Over priced”
I booked the sea view hotel room which was one if the most expensive. Very dissapointed, cockroach in room, mosquito infested due to greenery, bit to pieces. Pool was nice but sun obscured by large trees. Resort itself was poor in my opinion with poor access to sea over pebbled beech but gym looked good if that is ehat you are after. Friend had issues with leaving his wallet and comms and resolution was very difficult to resolve. I will certainly not be back and there are a lot better hotels abailable for less money. My advice would be look elswhere or review samet as the beaches are better,

Great stay at a good price ”
We live in Thailand and travel regularly. We booked Top Resort based on other ratings on Agoda and the price. Pros: simple kitchen in bungalow , fantastic breakfast with views, pool area, gym, handy car parking and very friendly staff. Cons: a bit of a trek to the beach, breakfast not included in room package. Overall we had a great week here over the Songkhran break.

Hotel provide the restaurant, tour, motocycle rent, convenience shop and all what you need.The price is not so different from other shops. Friendly & Helpful staffs explain and assist you when you request.

Good Location, Clean & Big Room, Friendly Staffs”
Hotel is on the hill and the restaurant is recommended to see the sea view and it is ok for breakfast.But please be aware for Bees and Ants.It is just for 6-7 mns walking from hotel to the center of White Sand Beach where you enjoy for local food, local shop, bars, restaurant, convenience shops.Recommend to see the fire show at 08.30pm & 10pm everyday at Sabay Bar or MC BBQ.It is about 30-40 mns from Pier to Hotel or Hotel to Pier by local car and the cost is THB50/person.But local car to pier has every 1 hour with a small yellow sign in front of car.Please carefully take a look. Or you will be charged for THB500-600/one way for taxi car to pier if you miss the local car.

I wish I had read the google reviews before booking. Strange to see the manager or owner leaving accusatory replies to people's comments. The owner was not very warm. Fine, not a big deal. But the worst part was waking up to him yelling in German and throwing things at 3:00 in the morning!! When we thought it was over, he started yelling and throwing things again! Also I don't trust the rich expats to treat their staff all that well... better to keep your money local besides finding a place that doesn't wake you up in the middle of the night with yelling! The only good part was the pool.

Fantastic service minded staff, great garden”
The hotel has a great view over the White Sand Beach, especially if you book one of the rooms with sea view you will be stunned by the beauty. The staff is extremely helpful, and we ended up booking an additional 7 days here. I will come back for sure! Only small drawback is the 10 mins walk to the sand beach, which makes lazy types like me use the pool instead :) which btw was fantastic, with infinity view over the bay.
