Hotel Simple y confortable”

Hotel fantastico abierto hace solo 4 meses, muy limpio, personal muy amable te ayudan dando informacion,etc. NO hay desayuno pero ponen agua caliente, cafe y algo para picar de forma que no salgas con el estomago vacio del hotel. Facil acceso a pie al centro. Solo comparar precios de los transportes que ofrece el hotel, escuchando otras agencias, taxi,etc. Muy recomendable y respetiria sin dudarlo.

Comfortable stay feel like home”

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, simple but tasty breakfast, walking distance to Lee Gardens, Kim Yong Market and 7-11. Hotel is located at a tranquil street away from hustle bustle of the town. Definitely a good choice for stay if you don’t want to be disturbed by the noise of the vehicles in the morning. This hotel provides a big car park with 24 hours security surveillance. Opposite the hotel is a stall selling black herbal soup. The black herbal soup with crispy pork and rice noodle is wonderful! Also, you can sign up a one day trip package (tour around Songkhla Old Town, Khlong Hae Floating Market and Hatyai area) with hotel at a lower price compared to outside with a super duper friendly tuk tuk driver who can speak fluent Chinese. This hotel is too good to be recommended. Will definitely come back to this hotel again if visiting Hatyai.

The hotel is centrally locate in Hatyai but a bit away from the happening area. Walking distance to Kim Yong Market. There is always tuk tuk available to take you wherever you want to go Inclusive reasonable breakfast and mini bar

Clean hotel with friendly staff”

Pros - clean, room is big - simple free breakfast provided daily - friendly & helpful staff Cons - not close to 7-11 (probably need 5 to 10mins walk) - booked 3 rooms- one of the room air-cond not functioning, staff trying to help, ended up provided a portable fan instead of switching room which is fairly disappointed **misleading information provided in site, it's a non smoking hotel

Staff very helpful. I left my entry pass at telephone shop at air port, and she help me to call to air port to look for the telco shop to look for the pass, and help me call the taxi to airport to get the pass. Thanks for the assistance.

Simple and nice ”

Wifi good, seafood restaurant nearby but far from City center(must take tut tut). Dont take breakfast package, due to almost nothing for breakfast for the price. Walk out 5 mins and a few shops for breakfast.

Best Hotel”

This is my 3rd time was staying at U Hatyai hotel. The hotel very clean and spacious. Beside the hotel got a private parking for those traveller who drive in to travel. Night time there is a security to take care ur vehicle. Hotel staffs are friendly and they provided light morning break in every morning. Instant coffee and milo are provided 24hours in the hotel too. There is a food stall opposite the hotel. The Keuy Teow soup very nice. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.

The hotel is quite new and room is clean. The staff is very polite, helpful and is good in communication in English. The hotel doesn’t provide any facilities but they do provide a simple breakfast that can fill ur stomach. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel”

This is my forth time staying here and the service are always good. Friendly and helpful receptionist with fair spoken english. Rooms can be said very new. Always clean everytime i come. Good quality bedsheet and duvet, Toilet amneties are basic shower gel n shampoo. No toothbrush provided (u can buy at the counter) Power adapter not provided, u have to buy from receptionist at THB100 each Breakfast is basic toast and jam, sunny side up egg, banana and either noodles or fried rice.

Location good, hv private car park just beside the hotel, breakfast serve daily until 11am, tidbits and drinks available all day at receptionist. Friendly staff. Tq for setup the honeymoon settings with complimentary flowers. Cons - room not sound proof, can hear people walking around, close door, and people talking

Clean and good value”

Modern Hotel. Small and Unpretentious. Generous facilities and provisions. Room has window, MiniBar fridge,Kettle etc. A simple brekfast is included which I really appreciated. UHotel is a better standand than many for similar price the only downside is location bit away from everything.

Fantastic ”

The hotel is located not far from the main area and walking street of Hat Yai, with just 5-15 minutes’ walk. You can find lots of delicious street food around it at night. Rooms are not big but feel at home. Staffs are exceptionally friendly and helpful for taxi boat tickets booking to Koh Lipe. Additionally, though it claims to provide no breakfast when booking, it does offer a brief breakfast in the morning for free!

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN HATYAI”

Congrats to the staff and management. The hotel is well kept and great value for money and away from the hustle and bustle of the main city A few minutes of tuk tuk ride takes you to the main city place. Great Great Great. TQVM

New Hotel Helpful Staff”

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. If you don't mind walking, it is good to stay here as it is quieter. It is about 15 min walk to Kim Yong Market, or Lee Garden area. There is a morning market near hotel where you can try some local food for breakfast . Anyway, hotel provides some cakes/buns and free flow coffee/tea at the lobby. That is good ! Thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff for making our stay a pleasant one.

I was travelling with my family together with my parents who are fussy on the cleanliness of the hotel in every trip we made. However, this time both of them are satisfied with the arrangement. The staffs are friendly enough to guide us where is the hottest tourist spot that we must go, and my family is having a very good experience during this trip. And I definitely will visit again.

Super VIP service”

The hotel have a big car park for guest and a guard 24/7 take care your car. Room is big spacious and cozy, location is good inside the city. The staff is incredible, so friendly and willing to help. You will feel like VIP here, highly recommended!

Simply the best!”

The price we got for this room was reasonably good. In the beginning we could not find the hotel and a bit tired already since it's night time but we were greeted with very friendly receptionist and bellman. Room was simple, clean and nice for us. Location feel very safe (nearby to places to eat). The tuktuk driver that most of the time will be there was very friendly too and genuine with us who does not know the way. Highly recommended to solo traveller, couple or group. Will come back again if go to Hatyai!!!
