Certainly it is one of the best affordable hotel from VinPearl. It located in Grand World project and has a small private beach behind. Food selection was limited but delicious and easy to eat. The pool is big and very clean. The staff was trained very well, friendly, helpful. Recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great location to Grand World!! However, poor cleanliness and lengthy delay due to their internal issue to get other clean room ready, after the check-in time is due, just unbelievable! One night stay would be enough. Front office staff definitely need to be retrained to be friendly, professional and knowledgable to interact well with their guests, not their personal attitudes. Manager tried his best to resolve problem but he explained this is just 3 star hotel and it has no compensation policy to remedy their mistake. Well, it's just ashame since the hotel itself is so beautiful but the house keeping and front office team are opposite, just ruining the guests' experience.

this is a very large hotel that is brand new, the rooms were clean with a refrigerator and a hot water cooker. simple hotel with a restaurant downstairs. no other amenities. Big swimming pool. during the day the u-shaped hotel with over 700 rooms is like an echo chamber, you can hear the noise from the swimming pool below. otherwise nice hotel. Good for families

Much expensive with uncomfortable room. No tissue, no bathdrop. only good pool. Water problem in bathroom. Cheap pillow, cheap mattress cushion, i could not sleep well really.

Staff was very very rude. The guy that picked us up from airport that is. No one really understands English. Not really friendly check in. Room basic. Good location next Grand-world, buffet decent. New hotel.

Unpleasant experience, hotel not properly set up ”
We booked an Executive Suite because i wanted the bath tube but it turns out the bath tube was installed the wrong way! I cant rest my head because there are water tap on top. It was an unpleasant experience as we first enter the hotel because lobby is very heaty. The walkway was even more heaty (no air-cond at all) as we proceed to our room. Then we found that our room air-cond not working, although they did solved the issue at the end but it took us 3 hours wait. Lastly, far from town, Grab car charge is high, not a good location unless you plan to visit the zoo and the park.

I stayed 3 nights in the hotel and enjoy the swimming pool pretty much. The location is near every activities around: night market, cultural shows, water shows. Staff is helpful and polite. Good experience for our stay
