Best option”
Considering all places in Rayong, this is the best choice. The view is pleasant and the room is spacious. The building may be old but it's easy to overlook that considering the low price and environment. Plenty of parking, fast lift, balcony big enough for sitting 4.

You pay more for room with best view...the cheaper rooms with same facilities have less good view and cannot see the sunset. Nice pool and friendly helpful staff. Sadly the pizza place has closed but the restaurant at the front of the hotel is very good value.

The room are prompt with small kitchen, microwave and cooking equipment. The view from terrace is so cool . The location is very good , not far to restaurant and opposite to the beach.

Clean and neat. Great value and view”
We stayed on the 20th floor with a great view and cool breeze. The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were nice, and the bathroom was a good size for a studio with good water pressure in the shower. The facilities are kept up and the staff was friendly. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and 711 is a 15-minute walk. The beach is right across the street.

The view and fresh air is priceless 7-11 is 1km away The area is a bit quiet with some restaurants and bars. Tall trees on the beach give some shade. Good for relaxing

Fab hotel friendly staff ”
Views fantastic fab beach not overcrowded and just across the road from hotel gym and kettle and some cooking facilities not much happening after 10pm good food in hotel but even better 5min away Pam resort and very cheap for quality off food i would recomend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and i would definitely come back.

Make sure it is not rainy too much. Get a motircycle. Get a map. Go. Not much around condo. Need motorbike. Water park straight north of condo has a great restsurant and park. The name is tan....pra...??

VIP Condochain Rayong at the beach”
This is a condo rental room 14/269 for $34. It was neat and clean and had a nice balcony view of the sea. There is parking in the back and a fresh pool with lots of chairs and places to shower off. My wife and I were impressed with the area for its shops, food stalls and fresh seafood restaurants. Appears to be a quiet area frequented mostly by older German couples. A great place to relax and enjoy the seafood and the sun. This is NOT a party area!

Clean room, good choice for Mae Rumpung brach”
This might be one of the best in Mae Rumpung beach ( since this area is not having any good hotel). The room is clean, well maintenance, and sea view is nice. However, there a little of ants and insects in the room which is not a big problem if you not plan to cooking food there.

Basic but adequate”
This is not a hotel, but a condo. Wind noise around balcony doors was horrendous and constant, like a plane taking off, door seals need replaced. No wi-fi in room and 40baht per day to use in reception - really? - in this day and age? Shower water doesn't drain properly. There are a few small restaurants nearby, but the whole area seems to be past its best although the area is quiet and peaceful, but bear in mind, you really do need your own transport here as it quite a distance to anywhere else and very few taxis or songthaew. Sorry to be critical, but for this money I have stayed in many superior places.

Eher ruhig dort. Kein Nightlife. Also was für Erholungssuchende Es ist kein richtiges Hotel, eher eine Ferienwohnung. Kein Restaurant im Gebäude, aber gleich um die Ecke gibt es genügend Außerdem ist der Strand direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite, wo man auch gemütlich essen kann. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 23. Stock mit einem fantastischen Ausblick und klasse Lage Haben alles was man braucht. Kleine moderne Kochecke. Das beste Zimmer das ich je für diesen Preis in Thailand hatte
