            Lo mejor es la piscina privada en la villa. El desayuno, a veces es buffet y otras te lo llevan a la habitación. Te lo avisan antes y te preguntan que desayunarás y la hora a la que lo quieres. La comida esta muy buena, excepto el café y el te, demasiado aguado y la bollería que a veces esta un poco dura. Las tortillas y la comida típica de allí muy buena. La limpieza no es lo mejor en este hotel, los muebles tienen polvo y encontramos en un cajón de la mesita una caja de condones vacía y sobrecitos de condones usados. En el congelador habían postres congelados de los anteriores huéspedes, avisamos y se lo llevaron enseguida, a parte de pedir disculpas, pero piensas si estará lo demás limpio o no. Tuvimos problemas con la piscina, no funcionaba bien el depurador y un día no nos pudimos bañar porque la piscina estaba algo verde. También hubo problemas con el wifi y durante dos días no pudimos tener conexión. Además, la segunda noche decidimos cenar en el hotel y aunque teníamos una carta en la habitación y con horario de restaurante hasta las 22h, pedimos cenar sobre las 20:30h y nos dijeron que ya no tenían servicio de cenas, que la cocina estaba cerrada. Sin embargo estaban preparando dos mesas para cena con decoración con pétalos de rosa... Ya no volvimos a probar a cenar en el hotel por si acaso. Nos ofrecieron la opción de coger un taxi para ir a la ciudad a cenar, como decidimos no ir, se ve que les supo mal dejarnos sin cenar y nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de traernos unos pinchos de pollo y arroz blanco de algún sitio de comidas. Suponemos que nos lo trajeron de algún puesto de comida de cerca del hotel, en los cuales no teníamos muy claro si comer, pues nuestro guía nos había dicho que no tienen el mismo tipo de higiene al que estamos acostumbrados, pero tuvieron el detalle. Hablando del tema, el hotel no esta nada cerca de la ciudad, hay que ir con transporte. Por otro lado, tengo que decir que tuvieron el detalle de poner en la habitación sobrecitos de cr

            HABITACIÓN (VILLA), PISCINA Y BAÑO
            Todo perfecto. Tienen un lío montado con el desayuno, a veces es buffet (y no reponen los productos con rapidez) y a veces en la villa (pero no avisan con antelación). Ofrecen excursiones, pero a precio superior al de la calle.

            In house facilities seemed to be taken back like cutleries n plates. Breakfast only serve at room only now and very limited compared to price of the villa. For me if u reduce the service u might reduce the price also.

            A 1 star aint a 5 star!! But I ll give you 5 Stars for amazing pictures on the website and booking site! But this property is a 1 star overall! I dont have a problem staying at a 1, 2, 3 or 4 star hotel... I have a problem when a property promotes itself as a 4 star when its clearly barely a 2 star. If you are going to have that ranking than the whole place needs an overhaul! Breakfast is questionable for a 4 star hotel, rooms are used and abused and staff though sweet are certainly not 4 star. My room had paint pealing off, broken glass in the pool, mold on all the bathroom walls (yes I know its outdoor but how about maintaining the quality??), bathtub was stained black just to name a few things.There is also one particular older male reception staff member that couldnt have cared less if I had been shot in the head whilst checking in... terrible service! These are the pictures they are not going to show you on the website... Stay at your own risk but do not expect anything grand and certainly not 4 stars!

            I already booked the date before 3 or 4 months ago. But when i was checking in, they said the rooms are ready but the pool is leaking. Do you believe it? Then they tranafer us to another villa and far and more lousy. I was checked the price was increased up to 2 times to my booking price. Maybe is this reason that sell the room to another willling to pay higher. So they gv our room to the people. I strongly unrecommand this villa. Unmoral and cheating villa.

            DO NOT BOOK! FILTHY ”
            The hotel did not live up to expectations 😓This was the most expensive part of the trip and so far it's he most disappointing! - the bath does not hold water, and when we called the front desk, there solution was to open up a shower cap, and wrap he plastic around the plug and leave it hanging out. - no tv reception, like none at all - paid for wifi, and wifi did not reach our room. - not to mention all the paint coming off he walls, I'm a painter myself and I understand that he rising damp does cause this to happen, but to even leave the mould on the walls was a bit much I though. - yes I understand it's an outdoor bathroom, but there is mould on everything, not just stains! Actual growing mould! Got swapped rooms after I complained and it was slightly better but not much! Still mould everywhere! We decided to stay he might, only to wake up itching with bed bugs! After 3 hours of fighting we finally got put money back! DO NOT STAY HERE!

            For the price it costs, you would get almost everything you would expect from a villa in ubud region, tranquility, greens, and a private pool in each villas. some minor inconvinience: we were so late to enter to our room because of late late checkouts of the previous guests. A bit dissapointed with how the staff/hotel handle this situations. We waited for more than 2 hours. Other than that, everything was just fine

            Nice private villa with your own pool. However, you'll have to brave the mosquitoes out in the open-concept toilet. Pool was kinda green too. Also, transport guy was pushy about us using his services to get to town upon checkout. His price to get from the hotel to Sanur was 3x that of uber, at 250,000idr ! Service desk's clerk was not sincere either and tried to convince us to use the driver as he "was headed to town anyway that's why he is ONLY charging us 200k."

            A rejuvenated stay! ”
            This is my second vacation in Bali (the island of gods) and manage to found this lovely villa in ubud. I am so excited when saw Gino at first attempt in website and decided to book immediately due to short of notice for this vacation. Booked 2 nights and moment we entered the villa entrance it was amazed me with the ambience that bring people who stay there closer to nature. The check in was smooth handled by the FO team and we check in at Caldora 6. The villa was great with private pool and the room interior is well blend with the surroundings. Day 2, we have decided to try the spa and select Royal Spa package. Very fresh after 2 hours session with local measure and the price is affordable that include from top to toe. Will repeat again to stay longer and to explore ubud more in future!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

            Miserable and Resentful Experience in Gino Feruci Villa!”
            It all started when I booked a room for a night in Gino Feruci Villa Ubud for honeymoon. I booked the room for February 15th 2017 through a well known website in the middle of December 2016. On the D-day, I arrived at Gino Feruci Villa enthusiastically because according to the review, this is an excellent hotel. My wife and I were really keen to stay there. Strangely, as soon as we arrived at Gino Feruci Villa, the receptionist had unilaterally cancel the booking and refer us to another hotel. They said that this referred hotel is another Gino Feruci's villa and we should go there because the hotel is currently under construction. Curiosly, there are a lot of guests right there on the moment and I couldn't see any renovation. The receptionist even said that they are actually incur losses because of the renovation which actually really did not relate to us at all. We were amazed because how come a hotel with a pretty expensive rate could have a ludicrous policy like this? We were highly disappointed with this but since they give no choice, later on we went to the referred hotel. Surprisingly, when we arrived at the referred hotel, they asked for apologies because the room was not ready yet. They said, it was only booked last night by Gino Feruci! We were more upset when the staff said that this hotel does not have any relation with Gino Feruci, not in accordance with what the Gino Feruci Villa's receptionist had said previously. Moreover, the referred hotel had a very cheap price compared to Gino Feruci Villa. I can give a screenshot of the price comparison between two hotels from a renown hotel booking website if you are curious. So, Gino Feruci Villa cancel my booking unilaterally and give a way cheaper substitution. I only want to give a warning to all of you who wants to stay in this hotel. I just don't want this miserable experience happens to any of you. For Gino Feruci Villa, thank you for giving an unforgettable memory in our honeymoon.

            Small resort with very helpful staff. The outdoor bathroom becomes bit of a pain after 1-2 days. Paid $100 per night and found it worth that price. And just to be clear given the location of the resort and the type there were lizards outside the room, so if you are off the types who dislike lizards around you please choose a hotel because most resorts in the area will have those.

            Super Creepy AF”
            This villa is located in LohTunduh , 2km before central Ubud, its surrounding by super old and big Tree, the bathroom is open air. Its looks okay during the day (noon) but when the night comes the place turns to a creepy place. I cant go to the toilet becaus the lizard(the big one) was enter the bathroom. And i don't think i can go to toilet when night seeing the big tree and old tree right in front of me, up and left. Theres only 2 staff in midnight, no housekeeping,no bell boy, no room service. Shower is broken. Omg, i booked 2 days,but check out after 1 night stat. Will not coming back!!

            Maintenance missing”
            Overall facilities in the Caldora villas in need of maintenance. Cracked glass panel, chair with loose legs, hard to close glass door, stuck sink, dark stained bath tub, dark stained toilet cover, dangerous power outlet exposed to outdoor with minimum protection from rain (that one is connected to the hair dryer), very slippery surface on the walking path inside the villa (some rooms have walking stone slabs, some none, so full of moss and I fell). Resort NEVER informed that we have to settle any outstanding bill a day before until last minute and REQUESTED cash only (stating credit card machine failed, I don't believe as all the machines were switched on). They sent me on a motorcycle to the atm machine to get cash which is dangerous as there were no helmets. This cash payment is UNACCEPTABLE, as why do we need to pay in cash so much where we could have used credit cards for hotel ? On top of that, as we booked without breakfast, we didn't mind paying on site for the breakfast but were NEVER informed on the price as the price was MISSING from their restaurant menu. This is ridiculous.

            Honeymoon Trip”
            We would like to thank to Gino Feruci Ubud. We have a great experience and they impress us with the decoration for our honeymoon. They also up grade our room. All staff is very kind. If you want to have a quite and private place, you should go there. The weather is cool and the nature is very amazing, just like in the village. The room is clean and we're very satisfied. We will back soon if we go to Bali. Many thanks to Gino Feruci ^^
