Aceptable”
This hotel is below 1 star. The toilet seat and bathroom were discussing! The owner holds the room key when your not at the hotel. And if you require an extra towel or just a dry towel? Get your money out! We stayed 2 nights out of 12 fully paid for and "Teddy the manager/ owner" refused to refund ANY of the money paid. The hotel was nearly empty I'd say for a very good reason. Talking to the locals, they all knew how bad the place was. And breakfast is over the street at "Gloria Jeans" but only 1 item off a card. Tea or instant coffee only. If you want as much as a juice, then get your money out again! I highly recommend you give this hotel a huge miss! Feel free to message me for accurate photos of this hotel

Dirty and very bad front desk (owner)”
The lady at the front desk was helpful, or tried to. The guy, on the other hand, was very not helpful and arrogant. Later we discovered that he was the owner. Bath tub was dirty. Bed sheet did not look newly cleaned. The hotel was understaffed (due to mean owner?). Stay away from this hotel. There are many hotel at this rate in the same location.

Good location, poorly kept up, poorly trained staff”
Great location close to beach and main shopping and restaurants. We have stayed at some 12 hotels and given good reviews. This hotel is older and poorly maintained. It's dangerous to swim in the pools do to many sharp edges and poorly designed and rusted sharp metal, stained tiles in rooms, extremely stained towels, rooms look old and smell old. Staff friendly but poorly trained making many mistakes and know little. This could be a great hotel but needs some Tender Loving Care. Great breakfasts in the cafe across the road.

OLD, rundown building, poor service, dangerous”
We have given mostly great reports on the 12 hotels we stayed in. This hotel is very run down. The pool is dangerously designed with sharp corners under water, many broken tiles and has rusted metal in several places. Staff forgets to change towels (which are all completely stained), forgets to give new coffee and tea and water, forgets to change towels and make beds. Inside looks and smells very old. Great location and quiet, even though right off a main street. Great breakfasts in cafe across the street. 3 minute walk from beach and Kuta square.

Broken tiles in pool, sunbeds unusable. ( 4 lounges in total) dirty changerooms and toilet next to pool. Rooms dated, bathrooms smelly, toilet seat dirty.....get the picture! Really....is this the best you can do????

relaxing holiday”
holiday, comfortable, suitable
it was good when we stayed there. cos all of us like Bali island very much and always choose this place for holiday travelling destination. this hotel quite simple but clean.so it was comfortable to stay there.

Warning before booking”
Cleanliness. Quiet. Location
Stayed here a year ago. Still has the same weird management style. Owner required hard copy of your voucher. Half heartedly agreed to accept my forwarded voucher. 500 thousand rupiahs a day deposit is essential. No other options. So BEWARE before you book. I am prepared this time so otherwise it's a nice hotel.

Reception staff not helpfull at all”
Location
Yong woman at the reception for check-in very unhelpfull! I didn't have the hotel voucher but can show her the mail and the booking but she didn't care at all! and wasn't helpfull. Very umpleasant.

Weird Management/Owner”

This hotel CAN ONLY accept Rupiah cash as deposit guarantee. NO credit card details and get PRE-AUTHORISED. They will charge it straight away under miscl transaction with credit card fee of 3.5% and then when check out they will refund it in cash (Rupiah). Because of this issues. Our group of 10 peoples waiting for 1 hours plus until I am very angry and request to get 1 room key for my father that not feeling well before I walk out from this hotel and find the ATM machine to withdraw Rp2,500,000 (5 rooms x Rp500,000) Our 5 days trips is excellence but have REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE in this hotel.

clean, pool, location
relaxing because of its ambiance, friendly staff and near approx to kuta beach. Please note that there is a need for a deposit upon checking in the hote, but eventually will be given back upon check out.

hotel that you should avoid”
its just the location
if you wanna enjoy bali, you must avoid this hotel. together with me during the check in there are about 3 other guests having problem with the hotel. anyway, below are my experienced staying at this hotel: 1. you can only check in at 1pm regardless room is available or not. booking via agoda - you need to print your hotel voucher, unlike other hotel you can show your hotel voucher from your phone. 2. disruption of water - the hotel require half day to rectify the problem. 3. check out sharp at 12pm. you can't even delay for 1 minute or else your deposit with the hotel will be deducted 250,000 rupiah. 4. as the hotel is managed by the owner himself, he don't really need your money and don't mind if there's no guest at his hotel. so with that you can imagine type of customer service from him. if you still wanna try staying at this hotel, i wish you all the best and good luck! be careful with the owner. you deserve a better hospitality.
