Excellent Location”
The Sydney Boulevard Hotel is fairly central for buses and trains. It is walking distance to QVB and train stations. The buses stop outside the hotel or round the corner. We were on the 10th floor of this hotel in room 1014 with an outstanding view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. The room was very clean. The tub in the bathroom needs to be updated. The breakfast was awesome with a wide choice of fresh fruit, cereals, scrambled and poached eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, hash brownies,etc. The staff from Reception to the Cleaning staff were all very helpful and friendly. Exceptional staff members worthy of mention were DJ, Concierge Desk ( who was very knowledgeable and helpful), Daniel in the Breakfast room, Kitomi (Reception) and Frank from Maitenance who helped us decode the safe after we were not able to retrieve my wife's handbag and my IPad.

Great Hotel”
I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very conveniently located near the CBD / public transport stops. The staff (who kindly accommodated my request for a room with a view.... I had a stunning view of the bridge from my room) and facilities (including breakfast) were really great and the room itself very comfortable.

excellent view”
i stayed 5 nights at deluxe harbor twin on 17th floor and the view was fantastic, much better than i expected. it's a little far from the CBD and Circular quay which is a major traffic point but it's still a walking distance. The night view is absolutely amazing.

The hotel was average. The location was pretty good but not if you want to be in the heart of the tourist area. The rooms definitely need to be updated. They were clean but really in need of renovation. Definitely good value though.

GREAT SERVICE and HUGE ROOM”
I graduated from Sydney and know the city location very well. The hotel location is 10 minutes walk to Townhall shopping center, 3 minutes walk to Hyde park and St Mary's cathedral and 5 minutes walking distance to St James train stations which can bring you to many important landmarks like Opera House and the city circle line connectiong to central station. The nearest bus station to Bondi Beach is also 3 minutes walk away. The room is extremely large, although the building has been sometime but very well maintained. The bellboy i remembered wasss soooo helpful, hospitality is warm. Bathroom is large and i remembered my children enjoyed the size of the room so much. Oh yeah and we saw many airlines crew stayed here. Value for money and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, Terima Kasih.

Stayed here twice in Hanuary 2018. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Staff were professional and friendly and very helpful. Parking was reasonably priced and convenient with in/our privileges. Excellent breakfast. A great place to stay.

Great location, quiet room, ok facilities... mini bar fridge was warm and looked old as. Service wonderful. Elizabeth took care of my birthday dramas, storing my cake, organising late check out and was amazing throughout the stay. Great place!

It is unfortunate that we were not able to meet your expectations. The room type you booked was the standard category. Items such as Bathrobes and the other listed items are included in our higher category room type. However our staff was able to deliver some additional amenities Mineral water and room slippers as per your request with no additional costs and no further assistance were required from since. Good Location in the CBD of Sydney ”
Near Hide Park - 10 minutes away fromthe Shopping center of Sydney. All the interesting tourist places are easyly reachable. Buy an OPAL card for to get with oublic transporr there. We have used iften the ferries to get to the different places. So you can explore the entire Sydney Bay. The hotel staff at the reception and concierge not always worked well. When you order the airport shuttle get it confirmed again early in the morning of your departure. The breakfast is not to recommend. Get it elsewhere and cheaper.

Great location not very friendly staff”
Location of hotel is just 30mins walk to the shopping area. Sydney fish market was about AUD$ 20 from hotel. Room had great view but came with out water and toiletries. Staff was not very helpful, ended up we take uber around.

Good for quick stay. Bathroom is recently renovate but at poor standard. Bed and pillow is quite old. I slept on extra bed which is too soft and inconvenience. Service is average.

Fairly basic hotel. However the staff were very helpful when we inadvertently left behind some items of clothing. Our partial view of the sea was partially hidden by a tree. Try for a room on a high floor.

This time around we experienced it better but still don’t understand why hotel charges all guests $1 just to check in. If I have a chance to go back I will have to question them.

Cheap car park fee”
Somehow I still don’t understand why hotel charges customer $1 every time when we check in. The carpet was dirty and they charged us $50 for it when we didn’t dirty it but we just paid it anyway, just save the dramas.

Good affordable hotel in Sydney”
This hotel is a little out of the way but still within a 15 min (slightly uphill) walk to where the action is in town. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and/for the management kindly upgraded us to a harbor facing room as one of us doing a bday celebration. Views were magnificent. The hotel is moderately close to St Mary's Cathedral and the T station St James. We saw a few airline crew members staying at this hotel too. Breakfast was good, although the items were the same daily. The only downside was that no water was provided, and there was no swimming pool. Would stay here again though if the price is right

The Sydney Boulevard Hotel is indeed located about 15 minutes from the CBD, public transport is available from the main door of the Hotel. The Hotel does provide minibar that includes bottles of water on request. Swimming is not available but we do have a sauna and steam room complimentary in our Hotel Gym. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Location was further from the city and train station than I thought. I stayed on a Saturday night which was double the cost of the same room on any other night. I guess that is hotel policy across the industry.

Stay AWAY!!!!!!”
My partner and I booked this hotel based on the photos and it’s location. How wrong we were. The hotel room was so incredibly dirty that my partner who has minor allergies was unable to breath in the room due to the amount of dust. Not to mention all the hair that was in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. The walls are paper thin and you can here a pin drop from the next room. The room was so dilipted and dirty that we were physically unable to stay there. Of course the staff member on duty didn’t care in the slightest that my partners throat was swelling up and that her nose completely closed shut after 15 minutes in the room. Subsequently found out later that night from two separate drivers that it is also the hotel of choice for older individuals to bring back some paid company. This is the first time in my 15 years travelling around the world that I have left a hotel. Complete ripoff.

Fabulously located hotel. Perfect view of harbour.”
Kept looking out of my window at the unbelievable view of the Sydney Bridge and Opera House and watching the ferries and boats on the river. Lovely view of the parks and Botanical gardens. Easy access to the parks and harbour, 20 minutes walk.

good location, good room”
this hotel is center of Ximending. so you can go the street and funny store, restaurant. and subway station is in front of the hotel. but a few things are uncomfortable. entrance is back of the mail street and elevator is complicated. thank you hotel~

The Sydney Boulevard entrance is located in William St also we have a Hotel driveway entrance. If you were travelling in a group the Hotel do have a bay station located in the rear of the Hotel for large buses. There is a connecting room”
We were staying in room 1911, on the 19th floor. There is a connecting room and we can easily hear the sound traveling from the next room. At one of the night, the guest next door was having a party at 1am, and it affected our sleep. Also, we are so paranoid that the connecting door can be open from the other side. Sound proofing of the rooms are not ideal and which resulted to us hearing the noise of the housekeeping going in and out of the store room. Nonetheless, the housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room clean and pay attention to the tidiness of the room. The interchangeable button that switch between shower head and tap for bath tub wasn't working and leaving to us only with the shower head function.

Hotel, good & convenientfor main areas in CBD. No good local Restaurants, many coffee / snack places which close at 5pm. must go into an inner location 5 Min by taxi. Or 20 min to walk. Excellent view of the harbor. . MK
