Started from the minute I arrived to I left, Eslite hotel provided me with top-notch service. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Nice seating at the restaurant and with a variety of options. Check-in and check-out was conveniently fast and staff was professional and personal. A true 5 star hotel inside and out.

Excellent Stay, great service and good for kids ”
I stayed at eslite taipei, with my husband and a 2 year old. I love the location of the place, it’s near sun yat sen memorial hall and it’s a nice 10 mins walk to a nearby mall. Service is immaculate, room is spacious with balcony. i had a great view of 101. They provide sebamed shower kit for my toddler complete with toothbrush, toothpaste and a little sponge for her to scrub her back during bath! Service staff is help and can speak english well! I absolutely enjoyed my stay at eslite and will probably stay there again at my next visit.

Best hospitality with great people and great facility”
I Was upgraded to an executive suite and the room was fantastic. Friendly staff accompanied you all the way to the room and make sure you like the room and brief you on the facility. What impressed me the most is their lobby with book racks and the cozy design. Would definitely come back for another stay in Taipei.

I stayed there for two nights during CNY. The staff spoke good English and the hotel environment there was clean and tidy. There was a 24-hr gym room which allows you to do some sports after non-stop eating in Taipei. The breakfast buffet was not recommended though....

An oasis in downtown”
The hotel so close to the heart of shopping area of XinYi area, yet it stands at an exclusive location, a half of it surrounded by green. The room is so comfortable yet not good for a business traveler who needs a working desk. Highly recommend it for those who want to experience both sides of Taipei city.

Spacious luxurious room with a great view of the pond and 101 building. Huge bathroom with separate bathtub and shower facility. Thoughtful - with stationery set provided at workdesk, fresh fruits and 6 bottles of complimentary drinking water. Good variety of TV channels and movies selection. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Some downsides - Need to improve on cleanliness though, visible dust on magazine shelves and bedside lamps. 10-15 minutes walking distance to MRT station. Unsheltered access to shopping mall attached, had to open umbrella for the few minutes walk to the shopping mall. Eslite membership card cannot be used as booking was done through Agoda.

Great room and nice location”
Nicely located at one of the popular areas in Taipei and could easily walk to the department stores or even 101 within 20 mins. Nice and comfortable rooms, well equipped, but the staff seems rather inexperienced and can react to customers' requests sooner/ more effectively. Nevertheless still a great stay but the staff training will need to up their level a bit to match fellow 5-stars hotels.

Excellent facilities, disappointing service”
Overall a very modern hotel with excellent facilities. Our spacious room had a balcony facing Taipei 101 and was well-decorated. We were turned off by the front office staff’s service starting from check-in (cold welcome and no eye contact) and during the stay (every time we passed by the staff made hotel guests feel they were a nuisance). In addition, the staff without (audible) notice entered our room. We will give the hotel another chance because of the ambience and facilities.

Eslite bookstore at Dunnan has been for years my favorite place in Taipei; so when I saw that they opened a hotel I immediately wanted to try it, but I haven't got a chance for years. This time I had an inbound flight arriving at Taoyuan in the late afternoon and an outbound flight from Songshan around noon, so I decided to book it. Unfortunately my Taoyuan flight was late and I arrived at the hotel after midnight (under heavy rain): the staff was so kind to offer me a free upgrade to a suite and a late check-out until the time of my flight, and it was really really appreciated. I had breakfast included in my rate, but I preferred to sleep until late, relax in my room, have a good bath and enjoy the free fruit plate. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, great place and really helpful staff. Just a pity that I didn't have enough time to visit all the facilities. Definitely going again.
