A nice place to stay in Mandalay”
+ + + A nice and small structure to stay in Mandalay, one kilometre from the Royal palace walls and the heart of Mandalay. Nice garden with a large swimming pool. Rooms are nicely decorated but probably not maintained enough (shower, evacuation of grey waters...). Luckily those few issues are compensated by a very king and welcoming staff, always ready to answer customers/guests wishes to make their stay as confortable as possible. - - - The hôtel is unfortunately infested by pigeon nests under the roofs which make the first eyesight not really attractive.

A sweet little getaway but do have to arrange transport. Just needs a little TLC. The staff however, was exceptional. Yin Yin Aye was knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating- she should be promoted to manager! We didn't want to leave the hotel the third day as out walking in the heat all day, we were exhausted. She ordered food for us (from a nearby restaurant) and we had dinner on the terrace- delightful.

At the reception they organized a minibus to pick us up at the hotel for our next destination in Myanmar. The breakfast was much better than the average breakfasts are, including milk with cereals. The pool is very nice. We can recommend this hotel!

Lovely staff and nice hotel”
The staff here were so wonderful and helpful, especially when I was unwell whilst staying here. Nice room and the pool looked good. Decent WiFi as well for Myanmar!

Nice room, disappointing pool”
It's really a nice looking hotel and the room was comfortable, clean and nice, too, however the pool (which looks great) was very dirty so we couldn't use it during our 3-night stay. The location is quite out of the way (far from the sights and the city center) and the taxi is relatively expensive. The breakfast is quite simple (egg and toast) but the staff is extremely kind and helpful. All in all it's just an average value-for-money and can be recommended only if you don't mind using taxi and don't insist on jumping to the pool.

Good Hotel for Short Term Stay ”
They forgot to pick us up from the Airport, they serve Food e.g. Instant noodle Soup we did not ordered, Staff was Great and very friendly. Overall Impression Hotel Stay was o.k. But to expensive for the Price.

Hotel facilities pretty run down. I will definitely not coming back to this hotel. ”
Lots of bird shits, swimming pool haven’t been cleaned for months, garden not been swept, no hot water and water pressure super low in bathroom in my room. Water faucets and bathroom accessories rusting away. Staffs said property/hotel management have 6 months contract left with property owner. Hence despite many visitors complaint, they are not doing any things to improve the property service and conditions. I will definitely not coming back to this hotel even if it is free of charge. Stay at your own risk.

very dirty pool and garden, room ok”
the pictures look much better than reality unfortunately. the pool was so dirty, we didn't want to go in at all. they were cleaning it, but only superficially. the room was nice, but could also be cleaner. Breakfast was ok, made on order, but the staffs' English was really poor. So I wouldn't stay there again.

The place is beautiful and the personnel very friendly and always available. As a negative note is the location is far away from everything and the motorbike rental system was not very efficient. During the night i didn't have a proper sleep for the amount of mosquitos. In general the stay was OK because the structure was very beautiful and the staff was very supportive in finding taxis and possible activities.

Équipement de la chambre correct mais piscine glauque.toilettes absolument immondes.tout est poussiéreux vitres escalier A fuire malgré le personnel souriant une absence totale d organisation petit déjeuner froid....rien à manger le soir et incapables de vous indiquer la moindre gargote...rien à faire dans une sélection Agoda.

Hotel en décrépitude et à moitié abandonné”
Très excentré, personnel parlant très mal anglais .locaux peu entretenus. la piscine était verte et pleine d'algues. La chambre était tout juste propre ( un bouchon de dentifrice traînait dans un coin de la salle de bain) Dommage car cet hotel pourrait être charmant , mais le management semble être absent. Agoda ne devrait plus le proposer à la vente.

Un hôtel qui semble abandonné ”
Cet hôtel aurait pu être un petit bijou mais il n'est pas entretenu Piscine inutilisable, plomberie défectueuse, petit déjeuner sans intérêt, personnel gentil mais totalement perdu. Dommage car le bâtiment est assez joli... Voisinage bruyant ( grand bar à bières). Un hôtel à éviter

Des pigeons par dizaines qui détruisent tout”
Personnel extrêmement agréable et accueillant mais le nombre de pigeons qui ont envahi les lieux causent de véritables nuisances : bruit permanent au-dessus du plafond, piscine impraticable à cause de ces mêmes oiseaux qui la souillent, les balcons sont souillés également, nettoyés le matin ils sont de nouveau sales quelques heures après. Outre la nuisance causée par les pigeons, l'éloignement de cet hôtel par rapport au centre d'activités de Mandalay oblige les clients à prendre des taxis en permanence.

Hôtel très agréable accueil chaleureux aimable souriant très sympathique. Piscine propre et tres agréable de se baigner après une journée ! Seul bémol , les pigeons..... pas facile de s'en débarrasser!

Le gros moins c'est la piscine qui avait l'eau trouble lors de notre séjour rendant la baignade impossible. En revanche un personnel et un accueil tres bien.

Hôtel situé au nord de Mandalay, rue calme. Très jolie chambre en boiserie. Piscine non fonctionnelle mais jolie. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel souriant, très efficace pour trouver un taxi et réserver bus longue distance.
