Essendon hotels & accommodations

The hotel was perfectly located near Essendon railway station being a short walk away. I was able to leave my car there safely all day and use public transport for my short stay in Melbourne instead of driving. The rooms had all the basics needed for a short stay/ weekend away.Very helpful and approachable staff also.

Overnighted before golf trip to King Island from Essendon. An easy walk although shuttle is available. Cannot find fault, Mc Crackens restaurant delivered a steak to die for with a reasonably priced enjoyable red to wash it down. Would most definitely return.

With good facilities and access to local shops etc, this was a good place to stay on our recent trip. Only negatived were the small heard of elephants staying in the room above ours (could audibly hear them stomp around upstairs) - small lack of secure parking available onsite (had to park on street one night and move my car very early as was metered from 6am) and the...

Being a senior traveller I found the 2 flights of internal stairs from the garage to the bedroom very steep and dangerous for seniors. Reception was not attended either at booking in or out. The gentleman was very nice and helpful when he came after I phoned on checking in. Street was a little dark. This property would be OK for younger people and families but not ...

Never had any meals here as I was meeting friends and decided to go to a restaurant down the road. Reverse cycle aircon, and elec blanket was great because I came from Cairns and really noticed the cold. Very comfortable, minimum noise from the nearby airport. Would recommend.
