Exceptional”
My stay was short but sweet. The bed was comfortable and water hot. Just a side note warning for other business travellers that I wasn't aware of prior to booking... breakfast starts at 8am. I am use to accommodation starting to serve breakfast between 6:30 and 7:30 so didn't even question or look into starting times here. I had a conference in a different location 17 minutes drive away. So a relaxing dining experience was not an option at all. All staff at The Mill were very understanding of my situation and dietary needs and whipped me up a delicious breakfast so I didn't start my day hungry. Thank you all so much! Breakfast was delicious.

Amazing Property”
I had gone to hunter valley with a friend of mine over the weekend and this place was absolutely mesmerizing with its view. While it might look like a little bit expensive but once you reach there and see the view every single bit you paid is worth while. They were very accommodating, the friend of mine is a vegetarian and had quite a few options to offer in terms of food. Breakfast is really good as well. I would totally recommend this place.

Amazing Staff”
Due to travel delays I was late to check-in and I called the reception in advance. Reception closes at 8pm so they asked me to come collect the keys from the restaurant up to 10pm but I arrived at 11pm but reception staff made sure that I don't face any problem, they left the keys pasted on the door for to check-in without any problem and also emailed me the details of where to find the keys. Thanks.

A room with a view”
We loved the room with a view of the large grapes yard. Best view we had ever. The room was clean and staffs were friendly and helpful，we enjoyed our stay. The brekkie experience was wonderful at The Mills. This is a hotel I would strongly recommend to all my friends.

Overnighter”
Would definitely recommend Estate Tuscany for an overnighter or a couple of nights in the vineyard region. Stayed in an Olive Grove room and the room was lovely and had an amazing outlook over the pool and gardens. Only slight downfalls are the bed, which could do with a new mattress but still slept well anyway, and the bathroom aesthetically needs an update but it was clean and functional. We had breakfast included and it was quite good. Had drinks at The Broken Back Bar and I think the girl behind the bar was still learning but we all have to start somewhere, the view was amazing and attentive service. Also had dinner at The Mill which was so so, not worth the $98 for the 5 course tasting plates.

From our greeting at reception, friendly staff, facilities in resort, amazing location, very clean, didn’t see a single bug in mid summer! Rooms tidy and have everything you need. My wife and 3 young kids loved the room! We will be back!

Beautiful room view with direct access to lawn, you can see kangaroos in the distance. My dog loved it, and was very welcome. Breakfast overlooking the vines is also lovely

Comfortable room in a great location”
The staff where excellent prior to our arrival and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. A good location to Hope Estate to see live music and close to wine tasting opportunities as well.

Family getaway”
Lovely hotel with everything you need. We travelled with our 18 month old daughter. It was good to find out that the sofa in the room converts into a bed, so our daughter had it all to herself :-) however, there were lots of mosquitoes at night in the room. Having bar and restaurant at your door step is also a big tick for is. Pizza with slow cooked beef was definitely our favorite . No buffet breakfast was a slight disappointment. We only had on plate of typical big breakfast and one drink (for barista made coffee you have you pay). Otherwise it was great family get away.

The staff here at ET were lovely. Jane the reception was very helpful and explained everything very well. The Mill restaurant band Brokenback bar are a great convenience. The food was satisfying and staff were very pleasant. The only issue we had in the room was the insects. They need to do regular pest control, Otherwise, highly recommended

We stayed in deluxe room vineyard view and the view was lovely!!! Its great that we can bring along our pet during our stay. Jayne was very helpful and welcoming! She helped us book for another night. Thank you Jayne!! The breakfast was yummy too. Definitely coming back.

Beautiful location, rooms were fairly good. Super comfortable bed. Bathroom bit out dated. Pool size is just too small and not very clean. Cafe food needs update. Momos were very dry. Pizza base was really nice but toppings were disappointing. Pretty average food.
