For breakfast included rate, buffet breakfast serving time during Monday-Friday from 07:00AM - 10:00AM; during Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays, the serving time will be 07:00AM - 08:20AM.
If breakfast is included in the room price, breakfast is not included for children when sharing a room with their parents. Hotel will charge for the child's breakfast directly.
Property rooms are for accommodation use only and cannot be used as wedding purpose, supplement charge will be applied for such purpose of usage.

“premium experience at the ALVA”
It is always my go-to holiday place. This time I stayed in the biggest suite and it was super. absolutely enjoy the bathtub, and worth that extra for me welcoming sweets, and letter! wonder if it is for the biggest suite only, I would rather have chocolate＆cookies though, appreciate the effort finally room service is available, though the choice is quite limited, especially midnight and breakfast, didn't try at all and why cut after 1230? I always find ALVA not to my needs when it comes to F&B. I travel myself and I only enjoy eating by myself. That's why I only order take from the outlets, but I would love it if could be included in room service, especially the Bento choice from the JP restaurant. I saw the THANN bath amenities, which I didn't use at all. Simply not a fan, I only use the normal shampoo they have there, and ask for the normal body lotion. appreciate you still provide the originally one, they are good enough! However as the top room type I found two part missed me 1. no bathsalt in the amenities, and it is the only suite in the hotel with bathtub, can't believe I need to bring my own, luckily I did 2. Fitness bike in room was a good idea, however could have been excellent if it would turn off by its own. absolutely disturbing even with the black cover, I need to unplug it by MYSELF to have a good sleep After all, such a sweet suite to stay, excellent cleanliness and style as always, except as the top suite of the hotel, I think it is not to my standard as a 5star. could be improved by effort
