Beautiful spacious apartments ”

Perfect location to what you need as you have a shopping center right beside u the beach is a stone's throw away such value for money it's just a little hard to find the place as its connected to another hotel but all in all I'd stay here again without a issue.

This place was a good spot to be close to the beach and all amenities. Try and request a street side balcony or facing away from the next door hotel if you're looking for a great view! Lots to eat see and do around the stay!

We stayed in a 2 room apartment from 2-6/11/2018. The apartment was clean, comfortable with nice sea view. Staffs were friendly, helpful and most importantly able to speak in English. My family had a awesome time staying here as it's location was very good, convenient and close to beach. *Special thanks to staff name Vu and his female colleague for assisting us during our stay.

Its at the end of the ocean strip so not quite a convenient to walk to anywhere... I had to change room to get to the most satisfying seaview rooms as web mentioned. Very inconvenient!

We had the 2 bedroom, 4 people. + AMAZING VIEW + English and vietnamese speaking host, super friendly + Beautiful bathrooms - Only 2 key sets and we wear 4 adults. - The bed is superhard and the pillows are superhard and to high. - The swimming pool costed 100 000 vnd/person per time. - Had to take taxi for dinner cause no restaurants around the area. * Wish the building had a playground/area for kids * For 150usd/night you can get better i think * It shouldnt cost money to use the swimming pool.

This is a make-shift serviced apartment designed to make quick bucks for apartment owners without any regards for the experience of their guests: a. Reception (room 1008) was a crammed storage room b. Hallway is dark and filled with obnoxious, trapped cooking odor for our entire 3-day stay - when complained the staff politely claimed they can't be held responsible for the odor c. Room 610: shower wasn't working when checked in This is a scam - Agoda should review and adjust the rating - not a 4-star, more like a 1-star

A truly lovely apartment close to everything and facilities exceptional”

We stayed here after having to leave MerPerle resort early (rated 5 stars but was simply disgusting). Arrived at the Balcony Sea View Apartments without expecting too much and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were really lovely and helpful and the room was simply gorgeous. It has everything you need from a full service kitchen with cook top, microwave and full size fridge, a washing machine with washing powder provided. Large balcony with magnificent views and the bathroom was nothing short of fabulous. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Nha Trang

The conodotel's are in a great position right next to the Nha Trang centre filled with shops, a food court, bowling alley and games. Unfortunately the pools were both freezing and due to the weather we couldn't manange to go for a swim. However, the staff were lovely and the room was spacious.

Good 1. Amazing location 2. Amazing price Bad 1. Not very dirty but not clean, either 2. If you are sensitive when it comes to hygiene, you wouldnt want to lie on the bed(sheets feel a bit sticky) 3. Very difficult to communicate with staffs since they do not speak english at all. You need to double check everything using gestures. Overall, if you are tight with your budget, great choice. If you want to have a good time with your family or friends, spend a little more money and look for other options.

Well located which is very close to 5* hotel like Intercontinental, Sheraton so beach and seaside are excellent. I like the room since it's clean and convenient with kitchen, small bar.

A bit difficult to find the location since the apartment is inside another building. Other than that, everything is good. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Disgusting.”

We rented two units and both were unbelievably filthy. There were dirty footprints all over the floor and all the towels, bedsheets,and furniture were stained with unidentifiable marks. Our couch was broken and the lock on our door never worked properly. We always struggled with locking the doors as we left and unlocking it once we had returned. The cabinets and countertops looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months, covered in dirt and grime from past tenants. When we requested for our rooms to be cleaned again, the housekeeper did as she was told, but terribly. The floors still had footprints all over it and our towels were not replaced due to their hours of service being strictly between 8am to 9pm. The manager always brushed aside our complaints and claimed our rooms were perfectly clean. To clarify, Nha Trang Center has 3 different residential managements. I was not aware of this before, which lead to me renting from Balcony Sea View instead of from Diamond Bay like usual.

Balcony Sea View mà khi nhận chỉ view được 1 góc nhỏ. Phòng cũ, book phòng 3 người lớn mà chỉ nhận được 1 giường và 1 ghế trả tấm ra lên nằm đỡ. Check in lúc 1h mà không nhân được phòng lý do là nhân viên đang đi ăn trưa. Phone không có chẳng biết call ai để hỗ trợ khi cần. Số phòng nhận đuọc sau khi booking là văn phòng chứ không phải phòng mình sẽ ở, nên tới đó sẽ hên xui còn phòng nào ở phòng đó, đặt khách hàng vào trường hợp đã rồi, không thay đổi.

Very disappointing ”

After checking in, noticed that the television does not work , corridor was dirty and the room was very musty in smell. Manager came to room and advised that they would get someone to fix the television that night, which did not happen. Went to reception at 8am and was told it would be done in the morning, got to 1pm and still no one come to our room or did I receive any update, so I asked again and was told that had no one who could fix the television and they would room move us. Then get moved to a room with no curtains , so they moved us again to a room with a very bad odour, by this time, we had enough and decided to put up with this for the next 24 hours till we checked out. Would not recommend this property , as there attention to detail and customer service is below par.....
