Pre-payment is required for this property at the time of booking. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required between 1-7 days prior to arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 2 days from check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. The following late check-in fees will be charged in cash:
19:00 until 22:30: GBP 15
22:30 until 00:00: GBP 30
00:00 until 02:00: GBP 50
Please note the accommodation is located on the third floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. There is no lift.
Guest should specify the number of people staying at the property, including children, at the time of booking, to ensure beds are set up correctly on arrival. If there is only two guests please advise if you will require the use of both bedrooms. The second bedroom can also be prepared as twin room if requested at the time of booking, the default is a double.
Guests that require a high chair or travel cot should notify the property in advance using the Special Requests box or contacting the property using the details listed on the booking confirmation.
