The hotel is nice, clean, has air conditioning and the staff is great even with parking the motorbikes under shelter. The room didn't have a kettle but it did have a fridge and lots of pluggins. Nice coffee shop down the street for when you need your fix in the morning.

I loved my stay here. The owner dis everything to make our stay here the best. We stayed only one night before heading of to the islands. And the owner took care of the ticket and pick up. And he even lent us an scooter for free to get to the atm. And breakfast was included. Would stay here again

Great place. Big room, clean. Big breakfast”

Stayed four nights so many good things to say. First, the owner speaks good English and is wonderful. We rented a motorcycle for a day, driving more than 50 miles going to beach after beach, and when I went to pay he said "no charge". When we left to go to a guesthouse on the beach 20 miles away and ask for a taxi he said, " my staff will take you there for 200 baht" and offered to call to get us a discount on the new place.. On another site someone posted the breakfasts were small. So wrong. We we given two kinds of meat, rice soup with sausage, two kinds of cooked veggies, a salad, bananas, toast, OJ, coffee, and an egg.. I mean we didn't eat again until dinner. The place is in the suburbs with only one small restaurant and party store close by (next door). The closest street foods and market is at the train station more than a kilometer away. I didn't see a bike for rent but I bet he would find one for you, If you are looking for a place to unwind, a rather new place, peaceful, clean, a friendly place with helpful staff this is the place.

we where greated in a most friendly way, staff made us a coffee as they could see we were exhausted from our journey, he then took one of our friends on the back of his motorbike to the bank to exchange money, refused any payment then started telephoning round to sort out passage to the islands for us. the next morning at 5am he woke us up with coffee, toast and a bunch of bananas for our journey he could not have done anymore to make our stay any better his name is Top (a very nice young man).

Enttäuschend ”

Hotel liegt absolut abgeschieden von der Innenstadt, da es keinerlei Taxis in ganz Chumphon gibt und überall (!) mehr oder weniger aggressive Straßenhunde lauern ist es daher sehr nervig und schwierig gewesen zum Hotel zu finden und wieder davon weg zu kommen. Keine Restaurants (außer überteuerter Mexikaner) oder Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir können uns nicht erklären wie die zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen. Hotel riecht überall total modrig. Das Hotelpersonal war nach dem Einchecken während unseres kompletten Aufenthalts nicht antreffend. Und die Rezeption einfach nicht besetzt. Außerdem waren Absolut keine Englischkenntnisse vorhanden! Einfachstes englisch wurde nicht verstanden und man als Gast mit einem Anliegen einfach abgewiesen. Verständigung war daher kaum möglich. Das das ein -und auschecken geklappt hat ist auch das einzige. Hotelzimmer werden gleichzeitig (?!) gesäubert und dabei einfach alle offen gelassen, das sich Wertgegenstände im Zimmer befinden die geklaut werden könnten ist ihnen scheinbar nicht bewusst.

Empfang, Servive, Hilfsbereitschaft absolut Top und sehr persönlich! Wir fühlten uns als Gäste wahrgenommen und gut betreut. Das Morgenessen war abwechslungsreich und liebevoll angerichtet. Das Zimmer schön eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. (das Haus ist erst ein Jahr alt) Für einen Aufenthalt in Chumphon ein MUSS!
