"I thought I would just sleep, so I chose one of the cheapest accommodations in Quebec. I figured I would have to put up with any inconvenience, but there was none at all; it was truly amazing! The shared kitchen was spacious, so I could comfortably eat anytime, and the bathroom was always clean whenever I used it. The sleeping area was cleaned daily, and there was no hair to be found. They also lent me a hairdryer at the front desk, so I could look fresh every morning! The breakfast was a bit sparse, but I'm grateful they provided breakfast at this price. Additionally, all the staff were friendly, and they took good care of my luggage before and after my stay. I highly recommend it. If I had to think of drawbacks, I would say the bed is low, so you can't really sit on it, and if you have a snoring roommate, it might be uncomfortable to sleep. I'll definitely come back here the next time I visit Quebec!"

"I was pleasantly surprised of the spacious, clean private room and the nice facilities in the kitchen. The free breakfast is nice and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many families stay here making it quite fun at dinner time! They also have a free guided tour everyday. Today we had Francois who speak English really well. My children snd I learnt a lot about Quebec City from the tour! Highly recommend this hostel , esp if you can book a private room!"

"The location of the accommodation was excellent, and having a parking lot was convenient. However, the cleanliness needed improvement as dust was visible, and the towels seemed old and needed to be replaced. I stayed for one night, but I was bitten four times on the neck by mosquitoes or other bugs, which left me feeling uncomfortable. If you're looking for value for money, I would recommend it, but if you want a comfortable stay, I would not recommend it."

"I was confused about setting up the bed. Without the instruction manual, I didn't know how to lower the bed from the ceiling. The washroom is small, making it inconvenient to wash my face. The space around the bed is cramped, but it seemed manageable for two girls. If you're just staying to sleep, the location is good, so it's convenient to come back even while sightseeing. For breakfast, you can fry your own eggs and make toast. You have to wash and clean the frying pan and dishes yourself. You can drink coffee anytime, so I was able to take a cup with me when I went out. The staff was very friendly and nice. I think it offered good value for money considering the location."

"Stay and facilities were 10/10. But, agoda put me in to a point of shame. As I reached their reception and showed them Agoda confirmation, they were unable to see my reservation details in there screen. I tried to talk to an agent in Agoda , spend 15 mins for that holding my family in the car . I could not here from them , then I opend their application I tried to find a proper contact number, I couldn’t find one , then I I explained my story to a chat bot inside their application looking to have a solution, the chat bot washed his hands on me ! Then I call rbc to cancel my transaction I made 24 hrs back , rbc started doing there process for that . Then suddenly, my booking got confirmed in the hotel reception screen .. Absolutely not pleasant check-in experience of my life 💩 Hi Agoda , it’s not lie you just ask the man and the lady at the hotel reception when this drama 🎭 happend . So for Agoda it’s 1.5/10"
