Hotellid ja majutuskohad asukohas Tezpur

I'm glad to stay “Brahmaputra Manor”. The property offers spacious rooms with reliable hot water and strong Wi-Fi, making for a comfortable and connected stay. Its convenient location provides easy access to transportation and shopping options. The staff is attentive and the facilities well-maintained, delivering great value for money throughout the visit.

I had an overall good experience at Cygnet Inn, Tezpur, particularly considering the price. The hotel is located on a busy/main road, which makes it convenient to find local transport such as autos. The reception area and overall ambience are pleasant. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the washrooms are also clean. The bedding was comfortable, clean, and soft. The breakfast was the main area where I felt the hotel could improve. While the breakfast included options such as dosa, an omelette/egg station, and other items, the variety was somewhat limited. More importantly, once items in the buffet dishes were finished, there did not seem to be anyone actively monitoring them or ensuring that they were replenished promptly. The breakfast service could certainly be more attentive and efficient. I also found one experience regarding the cappuccino a little odd. On one morning, cappuccino was served as part of breakfast, but when I requested it on next day, I was told that it was chargeable and that it had been served to me the previous day by mistake. This was somewhat unexpected, as I would generally expect coffee options to be included with a buffet breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, which unfortunately was not a good experience. The main dishes arrived first, but the rotis took a very long time to arrive. By the time the rotis were served, the dishes had become cold, making the meal unnecessarily delayed and disappointing. On the positive side, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, with no issues whatsoever. Overall, for the price, I found the hotel to be quite good, with clean and comfortable rooms, a pleasant ambience, and convenient location. The main areas that need improvement are the breakfast variety, buffet replenishment, and overall food service.

A very good boutique hotel with nice food and top notch service. Worth staying in this hotel.

Greenwood lived up to expectations. The property feels spacious, with well-sized rooms and a decent-sized bathroom. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, which added positively to the overall experience. The only developmental feedback would be the first impression—when we arrived, the lobby felt a bit empty with only one staff member present, which made the initial experience feel slightly underwhelming. However, everything improved after that. Overall, a comfortable stay and one I would easily recommend.

Scores high across all parameters viz : quality of accommodation, food, service and house keeping.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Spot On Durba 2, Tezpur (Assam) is completely misleading customers with false promises. They claim to provide complimentary breakfast, but nothing was given — not even basic tea. This is clear cheating and highly unprofessional. The room condition was absolutely disgusting. The bedsheet was dirty, the bed had ants crawling on it, and overall hygiene was zero. It felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe to even stay there. There were no proper basic facilities available, which shows total negligence by the management. Charging money for such pathetic conditions is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone — do not waste your money here. This place seriously needs strict action and immediate improvement.

The service was extremely poor, and the staff’s behaviour was also disappointing. Both the hospitality and customer service were far below expectations. Honestly, even ordinary hotels provide much better service than this place.

Overall stay was good. It's right on the highway, so commuting to Tezpur is not difficult. The property could be maintained much better. The bathroom tap was leaking, the water was muddy, too muddy one day to even wash your face, no kettle or condiments were available in the room. Resturant of the hotel serves North Indian Chinese fair , so anytime food is not an issue.

While the rooms are very well appointed and very large, the place lacks professional touch. While all the services personnel smilingly tried their best, there was clearly something missing. It seems that there is no coordination and supervision. Also this is a Vegetarian hotel, serving only vegetarian food. Not even eggs for breakfast.

I had work in the evening but also had to attend my office online from the hotel room. But the entire day and even at night, there was no electricity half the time. Even room service was very bad. Things were extremely delayed. They served me tea which had horrible taste as if it was made in a charred utensil. I asked for a replacement which never came because initially no one came for an hour and when the room service guy came he told me do you want to have tea now in a tone implying as if I shouldn't. Further, even during checkout they handed a room bill to pay even though, I had prepaid the bill. It was not a very good experience.

Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel through Agoda, and the booking clearly mentioned a King Size Bed. However, when I checked in, I was given a room with two small twin beds instead. When I raised the issue, the hotel staff told me that if I wanted the king-size bed I had originally booked, I would have to pay an additional ₹1,000. This felt unfair and misleading, as I expected to receive the room type that was confirmed in my booking without paying extra. The hotel should honor confirmed reservations instead of asking guests to pay more at check-in. I hope the management improves its booking process and customer service to avoid this happening to other guests.

Great hospitality, well behaved and cooperative staff. Experience that's what a stay is at Postcard, Tezpur
