“Not precise description of accomodation”
Absolutly agree with the review before - made by Peter from Australia. So I just copy it: I had a standard chalet. The room was listed as having the following but didn't: Full kitchen. The 'kitchen' is an outdoor area where there is a sink & a 2 ring burner, one of which didn't work. Nothing was done when I advised of this. Microwave. Satellite/cable channels. There was no TV at all. Washing machine. Sofa. Desk. Closet. There was something to hang and keep clothes in, in the bathroom, but it's not a closet. Coffee/tea maker. Separate dining area. Not unless you count the outdoor table. Garden View. The only window was in the bathroom. Shower and bathtub. Shower yes, bathtub no. Toiletries - a single small bar of soap Kitchenware. Provided, but limited. For example, no pots, no can opener. Minibar. Not that I care about this, but why say it's there. General for property: Game room. Font desk (24 hour) BBQ facility The description is so inaccurate it's deceptive and makes the place seem far superior to what it is, which is basic accommodation. Cleanliness was OK although there were cobwebs in the corners, and some dirt or crumbs around the toaster and top of the fridge. The room was cleaned and the bed made most days. The photos on Agoda appear old and out of date. Most are of the main building and not the Standard Chalet that I had. 3 stars for staff are all for Rita who I think does a good job in the circumstances of a sub-standard property.
