Budget Hotel But Isolated”

Overall the room are clean and nicely decorated. No security and area quite isolated and far from the main attraction. Convenience with own car only.

Pros - price is cheap. Air-conditioning very cold. Cons - bedroom not clean, bed sheet a bit old,yellow and dirty. Bad wifi signal and phone signal too.

Very cheap but that’s the only good thing ”

Not great when your toilet and shower doesn’t work. After telling the owner a couple of times about it she came up and was able to fixes the toilet, but left it in such a mess I ended up cleaning it myself. From what I could gather she didn’t even look at the shower and was so angry with me from pulling her away from what she was doing I didn’t push her. I paid for two night but as it’s so hot And I needed a shower and the owner gave me the evils when she saw me I thought it best to found I new hotel for the season night. Would not recommend to everyone!

Review based on Room 32: leaking on airconditioner(after a while), leaking at toilet and bedsheet not clean. No double safety lock from inside. Not satisfied with the safety. Looks like some room rent out on monthly basic. smoking at corridor.

WORST”

I've booked one room almost two weeks before the date. Then after I book and made online payment, I just try to call the hotel to confirm my booking. Then a Chinese auntie pick up my call and he seems does not know how to check my booking, even I already mention about my booking number. Then its okay. Second time I call before check in just to inform them that I maybe arrive late. The worst this is, one Malay girl pick up my call but she suddenly yelling at me, maybe she have misunderstanding with her friends but she just yell on the phone and I can hear what they are talking about, (the fight and blame each other). Then I just end my call. Third time I call, the same Malay girl pick up and I inform her about late check in (10 pm). THE WORST THING, when I check in the hotel does not prepare everything well for their customer. EVEN THEY ARE NOT PROVIDE A TOWEL. COMMON, I BOOKED THE ROOM FOR 2 DAYS. THEN I INFORM THEM BOUT THAT. GUESS WHAT? They just pick towel from other room. SIGH

Do not expect too much..this bajet hotel..the pillow and blanket so dirty..tv not function well...but toilet is clean..please change blanket and pillow cases..lamp at room not bright..make the room so gloom all day..kindly improve your room..but location was strategic

Outlook photo look nice but actual environment poor but cheap”

When enter the hotel, wondering how come the reception staff sit inside the cage with door locked. Seem the security at the area not so good! Worry crime of robbery. The place seem complicate with gang stay in and the door lock is poor with latch broken, suddenly at night have people knock the door and i got to use belt to tight the door from inside for security..

Hygiene was so bad during my stay. Wet floor once i entered the room. Very old pillow & bedsheet. Lot of stains on bedsheet & pillow. Water heater not functioning. Leaking pipe so we just can use gayung to shower. Really not worth to stay bcs i can find many other better budget hotel with the same price. Not recommended 👎🏻

Pros: 1. Water pressure was strong for shower. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Flexible check in time (negotiable). 4. Facilities such as self-help laundry(dryers were not working during our stay), and water cooler are available. Cons: 1. Room cleanliness could be improved (not too bad for the price you are paying). 2. Pillows have unpleasant odour. 3. Noise outside of the room could easily be heard. 4. Limited mobile telco coverage (Maxis) as well as weak hotel WiFi at Room 12

Bad bad bad ”

Okay, this is the first time I write as a feedback, I stayed a lot of hotels per year and this is the first time I met the bad things in this hotel. First, the bed sheet and pillows are dirty, room got bad smell, and the serious problem is, you can't get a good sleep at night cause a lot of people talk outside of the room, whereby you can listen to their noisy sound, cause they sing, and someone played guitar at 12:00+ midnight. Okay, fine, it's cheap, but met a lot of bad times there.

This hotel is value for money. But advised go with guy Fren around as the location is a bit too quite for lady group. And quite a number of guy who only wear pants without shirt sitting outside lobby. Hence not advise lady group to book this hotel, unless you hav guy Fren around.

Worth for the price”

Everything was just fine and alright. There is a 24-hour Mamak stall in front of the hotel. The only improvement is the Wifi and TV. Overall, it is obviously value for money.
