Hotel offers 24 Hour Checkin - Checkout on direct booking whereas asked us to leave by 11 Noon for online booking which make us felt fooled due to booking with Agoda as i would have got more time to spend if booked directly on almost similar price. we checked in on 03.15 hours & all were very tired & needed some more time to relax but un-fortunately......................

Lack of attention towards customers, lowest responce level even after daily reminders given like change of Towels, Soap, Drinking water etc on daily basis. Cleanliness inside room was very poor & no cleaning conduct on daily basis. Feel like cheated & lost money. Next time definately will not book this Hotel Bliss Tirupati for self, family, relatives & also convey to my dear and near about this worst experience & request them not to book at Hotel Bliss Tirupati.
Smoking in hallways of room is something not good with family. No one there to receive us at hotel. Other than that most of everything else is good

I have booed in hotel bliss in tripupathi 25 chk in for 1 nights , 2 executive rooms for 2 adults & they demand & command for extra bed money , see we are total 4 adult for 2 room 2 adults = 4 person. those hotel staff are un educated persons & they demand & command for extra bed money & I have paid , becouse I have to go for TEMPEL DARSHAN POOJA? plz agoda remove hotel bliis for ur agoda list ? orels u plz reedeem my money off rs 800 ... to my account
Dear Sir, We regret to inform you once again, that you have chosen 2 executive rooms for 2 adults i.e., 2 Executive Single person occupancy rooms. So, we have collected the difference amount of Rs.800/-. Actually, you have to choose 2 executive double rooms for 4 adults, the same thing was also explained and showed the other guest vouchers by the Front Office Manager. Even though you have given wrong comment, which is not good. The booking is made by yourself, so the mistake is from your end only, the hotelier or the staff are not responsible for your mistake. The Lenin in the room is very dirty. The bedsheets fill up only half the bed, they cover it up by adding a duvet on top. Even after informing the reception they dint seem to bother. There are lot of insects in the toilet. Please avoid if u can, there are much better hotels for the same price.

Hotel is good for family and is well priced for the facilities it offer. Very close to the Holy Tirumala Hills and also the town bus station.

Reception couldn’t offer few hours extended checkout due to my booking was via Agoda. 24 hours check out offered if you book direct. I thought it was bit strange. Also they said they are booked out after 12 & Requested 1500+tax for 2 hours ext. Agoda showed plenty of available rooms. Figure out
The worst front office staff. ”
This hotel is just ok ok to stay for a nite. Breakfast was eatable. Overall service is very bad. Check in took approx about 45 min. We were rushing for darshan. Requested for the keys 1st as other member could go and freshen up while 1 person completes the formalities. But the hotel refuse to handover the key. The front office was busy answering the calls ignoring our request. We had booked 3 rooms and paid in advance.
Real Bliss of ecstasy ”
Prime location of tirupati amidst the busy city very near to railway station. You can conveniently rent ola cabs. Rooms are spacious with neat beddings, toiletries, good house keeping, room service. Good swimming pool but water needs more treatment. The most spectacular thing is the mouth watering veg Navaratna and Khazana non veg restaurent to add more value is their very much reasonable pricing. Every staff in the restaurent is very kind and mannered. Especially Miss. Lalitha and Purushothaman made us feel every dish more tastier by their unmatched service. Only dissappintment is that I have booked 3nights without complimentary breakfast by a wicked super duper offer of agoda. Better book through make my trip. Com which comes from more offers. Totally I recommend and rate Bliss Hotel as No:1 star rated hotel with more hospitality, safety and comfort.
A hotel I can call home. They are worth their name. We were so touched by the cooperation and help offered by Mr Ravi Shankar Reddy ( GM) and entire staffs of hotel when by baby fell sick. First disappointment ”
first disappointing stay in 8 years.been coming here for that long but first disappointing stay. Firstly if u were to ask an extra bed , pls don't expect much, its gonna be 4inch rock hard rubber mattress thrown on the floor with a single sheet on it. Secondly front desk needs major improvement. there were 3 front desk staff handling say 4 customers . Instead of handling 1 customer at a time, the staff choose to speak to 2-3 different customers at the same time. so i leave the rest to ur imagination
