- excellent facility - rooms were serviced every day - we 4 people stayed for 2 nights - were overwhelmed by the behavior of the staff members - complimentary breakfast was good, provided a variety of food
Hotel with pleasant staff, helpful travel desk and good food. Separate Revolving restaurant at top is like icing on the cack, with stumptuous Indian dishes. Enjoy our stay.

Om tower is value for money. Great location, nice amenities, good clean rooms. All in all a good package if you are visiting the pink city. Breakfast service is good, but their revolving restaurant is okayish. Food quality in the restaurant is not upto the mark. Rooms are clean and tidy. But house keeping is not proper. We had to ask for towes and minerals water every day. Room service was not upto the mark. We ordered twice and on both occasions we had to call them because it took a lot of time by them to process the orders. Only thing that needs a lot to be desired is that they don't have trained staff. Most of the staff members , be it room service, house keeping etc. didn't know their jobs. I think they are overworked and underpaid. A humble request to the management: please pay your staff as per the laws and train them properly as this is hospitality industry and your brand image is carried by the employer who serves the guest. This is one area where the management can work upon

Check-in was smooth and staff very pleasant. Room was dated but very clean and very spacious. Pool was locked and taken over by pigeons have a major pigeon party. The only thing missing was the pigeons having their pina coladas!' Room service menu - oh! We ordered over the phone. 2 x staff members had to come up and peer at our room service menu cos they didn't know what was on the menu. Turns out 1st option wasn't available then 2nd option wasn't available. Gave up and just had naan bread as we were tired and wanted to sleep. Pool was promised to be cleaned up by the next morning. Nope. So we packed our bags and checked out! Awaiting dispute resolution to refund the unused 2 x nights accommodation as we are not paying for pigeons to hog the pool.

Hotel has spacious rooms with pool and bar access. Staff at the service desk and travel agency were all really helpful. Only bad mark for this hotel was the fact that Internet was only available in the general areas.
It was a very nice visit but one issue was there that the staff are not properly informed about the online booking details . First they were confused whether we have 3 occupancy or not Second they were not informed whether breakfast is included or not . Otherwise it was a pleasant stay !!

the food at both the restaurants was awesome, the vareity, taste, portions were exceptional, the room service was equally prompt. what i dislike is that the management of such a good hotel is useless,, they don't know how to serve the guest at all, the ppl at the reception were equally dumb. the manager at that time was rude when he came to know that a booking is made through agoda and that the hotel hasn't received the room rent yet.
