Absolutely HORRIBLE! ”

Terrible service, careless staff. After many attempts to communicate with the staff, we finally checked into a room covered with mold. The smell was just horrible, and we could almost feel ourselves getting sick. It took a long time to make them understand that we would appreciate another room, and when we finally succeeded, we were given a room just as gross. The ceiling was black with mold, the bed (sheets, pillows, everything) was damp, an so were the carpet-covered floor. The smell was sickening, and we just wanted to get away as fast as possible. Fortunately, we had only booked one night, but it was prepaid, and the most expensive of all our nights in Nepal, so we decided to hang in and save the money we were to spend on another hotel if we ditched this one. If I could go back and change that decision, I would - it was a terrible night, we didn't sleep, checked out very early the next morning and found a much better - and cheaper - hotel only a few minutes away. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place!
