Hotelli ei ole missään nimessä 4 tähden hotelli. Todella vanha hotelli, joka näkyi kaikessa. Henkilökuntakaan ei ollut kovin ystävällistä. En todellakaan voi suositella kyseistä hotellia.
It's a bit run down for this hotel. The TV and sofa look old and not so comfortable when I sit on the sofa. Besides, the hotel should provide few complimentary water bottles instead of promotion buy 1 free 1 SGD 1.00. Quite satisfy on the checking out services.
Basics were missing”
The basic of the very basics were not present in Hotel Royal. Upon arrival, there were no clear sign to say check in/check out. I can only see names on the desks. One of the staff sounded agitated by a guest enquiry over the phone, oblivious that I am a guest about to check in and able to hear the conversation. . There were no complimentary bottled water in the room. When I called to request for them, thinking the housekeeper may have forgotten, I was told to purchase it and that the hotel do not provide complimentary bottled water to it’s guest. There was no mini fridge and there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room either. The answer to these were the same, “mmm yes none”
Near MRT station and near restaurants
The location of this hotel is just perfect! Just a few steps going to MRT and bus stops! Two blocks away to Bugis where you can buy souvenirs! The size of the room is just right. However, the tub has stain on the floor and the sink is clogged. Overall, will be checking in here again if we go back to SG!
The reception should respect customer more”
I paid to Agoda before about 3 months when I came there. But the reception still requested my credit to check again . I don't know why he done that, but I feel he didn't respect to me. He should checked with Agoda. I stayed at there for 4 days and the breakfast is same everyday. Other things is ok. I think I will choose the hotel if I come back again.

Near mrt bras basah, 3 min walk straight out from mrt station. 10 min walk to nearby mall and food courts. Halal food available in the area. Currently no halal certified for breakfast, but if you can accomodate for guess request, it will better service and credit to the hotel.

Staff were friendly and efficient
Nice facilities, clean and great location. Very convenient to travel anywhere in Singapore. Nevertheless, the staff seems does not have effective communication. Few times we asked to replace the two bottles of mineral water thinking that they are complimentary. However, no one told us it will be charged and few times we asked to top up, they promised will do that but did not do that. They could have told us that they will be charged and it is up to us willing to pay or not. Not just refuse to send up to our room. We only found out when we checked out. Another issue is when we checked out, we told the staff we need a card to drive out the hotel car park. The staff told us, no need, just drive out the barricade will open. When we did that, we were stuck, when pressed the button for help, the male staff kept on saying we do not have sufficient money in the card and so on. Then it was really troublesome, as we need to re-park our car, go up to the reception, explained, and get our card.

Accommodating staff and Clean Hotel”
Closest MTR station is Bras Basah, but this is close to Bugis station as well. There are many near "hawker centers" . Great location. The hotel as well are clean, the staff are honest. My sister forgot her phone in the public comfort room in the hotel and was able to retrieve it. Maybe this is not new in SG, but wanted to highlight this one.

Would have given a 5 star for facilities, if not for the pettiness of not providing free bottle water for customers. Not a necessity to be Oxygenated Water - just normal drinking water would have suffice, and the other is that the pillows are too soft. Other than that all very good, especially its close proximity to the Bras Basah MRT Station, Bugis St and food courts. Convenience.

Good Hotel, with a twist”
Royal@Queens, Location on about 100m to entrance of MRT station, which is huge plus for Singapore, saves a ton of money on transport cost. Just a short stroll away from Bugis for shopping or Sim Lim for any phone or IT goody you can think of. The rooms is fairly big for Singapore and were very clean. There is a small fridge in the room as well. Staff, were very friendly and assisted with holding belonging while I went running every morning. THE TWIST..... breakfast. The hotel cater for a lot of tour groups that leave very early. If you plan on having a late breakfast, do not expect to have a wide veriety. They do not refill stock when finished. Although breakfast ends at 10:30 the staff start clearing the breakfast from 10am. When enquiring about the above, we were answered that breakfast ends at 10:30, meaning you must be finished eating by 10:30, they expect guest to have dished up by 10am latest. For the rest we enjoyed our stay, I will return to Hotel Royal@queens, but not book for breakfast.

Love the location nearby to anywhere”
Impressive location, within minutes to MRT bras basah station yellow circle line. Near to resto, local pub, 7eleven and food court (there's good food there) and surrounded by 3 catholic churches (Cathedral, St.Joseph and St.Peter and Paul) so if we want to attend mass, it's really convenience. Really loves the rooms, spacious and comfortable. Will stay again in future.

HI, I had be staying in hotel Royal @ Queen a lot of time. From the moment you check in until you check out the service of the hotel is the best. They really there to help you and providing the best information to your question. The breakfast is nice too. Only 1 thing which during my very first time staying in this hotel's feedback to the hotel and until at this lastest stay ( 18 Jan 2016 ) that the hotel still never improve is having stay in this 4 star hotel they can't even provide 2 free mineral water to the room guests. The hotel must ALWAYS remember is small little refreshment will impact a great image of the hotel and happy of the guest whom travel 10 over hrs of flight to here ( singapore )which you can get 3 bottle NTUC mineral only cost 95 cents. A bit of cost but can bring back a lot guests to the hotel. please look into my suggestion. thank hope to see some changes when I am back to this hotel again,

Sited near Bugis and the central business district, this is a great hotel for a quick visit to Singapore or a short family getaway. Situated in the heart of Singapore's world class subway-taxi-bus transport system, everywhere is within easy reach.Tons of unique and locally ethnic food and cuisines abound nearby in restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and more! Interesting shops selling Southeast Asian items along side contemporary modern products are also within easy reach from the hotel!

First time I came here and I was pleasantly surprised by just how much local restaurants and coffee shops are nearby i.e. 25 at my last count. Next to the subway station, I was a 10 minutes ride away from orchard road, the premier shopping area and from the Central Business District and 30 minutes away from almost everywhere else. And that's not all. Check in was fast hassle free and the rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished. Really a great hotel for a business traveller or for families coming to visit Singapore.

A good stay overall as we need a clean and quiet hotel. The location was the deal maker as we were close to MRTs', food and shopping. The rooms did not smell of any smoke and was quite clean. We would stay there again.

except for the omelette lady at breakfast who needs serious service training, everything else about the hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms and toilets were big for the rate that i got and its a big deal as some hotels in singapore can be tiiiiiny
you couldn't ask for more better location. the hotel were near MRT station, you can just walk about less than 5 minutes from Bras Basah Station. to reach Bugis street (for shopping and eat) you can just walk about 10 minutes. over all, im satisfied with my stay. and absolutely will stay hear again if i come to singapore.
From the time we checked in to the time we departed we were treated exceptionally well by the friendly staff. This property is great if you are budget conscious but don't want a room that looks and feels like a hostel. I would definitely stay here again.
