Paid NT300 for extra person but doesn't even provide a mattress. My husband has to sleep on the floor with our blanket as his mattress. The room is small, but my husband enjoys playing game in the room. Satisfied with their breakfast.

Dirty shady and unsafe hotel”

It was dirty and slimy. Hotel is obviously targetted at pple with prostitutes. There was even a cockroach in the room. Felt gross and unsafw as well. Not cheap nor convenient too. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Non-Smoking Room Request NOt Noted!”

We have requested a non-smoking room but this request was not noted. We were given a room-smelled of smoke at end of a long flight from Singapore? Counter staff was too young and inexperienced to handle health concerns of tourists to Taiwan.

Nice Location”

Room is small as compared to others. Lobby located at 8 floor of a worn out looking building. There is a working desk with CPU just beside the bed which makes it weird. Overall acceptable for a 1 night stay before heading to the airport the next day.

Good as a transit hotel”

This is more like a motel. Had an early flight the next day so I chose this as it's a 20 minutes cab ride to the airport. The room I had is pretty small but it worked for me for a night stay. It's located right in downtown of Taoyuan City and it's near to the railway station and eateries.

the location is very good. .shopping n food is just right below hotel. staff were friendly in giving direction. the computer in the rrom is good and room were clean. however not very near to HSR. took a cab from airport to hotel about 500+tw and hotel to HSR about 350tw

It was a clean room though there were some remnant smell of cigarettes despite the air purifier working full time. Wifi was down initially but promptly rectified by staff. Good internet connectivity via PC in room and wifi thereafter. Staff were friendly and responsive. Hotel has quite a lot of walk-in clients looking for short hourly occupancy.

As every room there are games to play, the noise can be very loud and disturbing at times as the game noise from next room can be heard clearly in our room but overall still fine

Great location with value for money accommodation that come with a simple but nice breakfast. Especially so with the 2 computer Desktops provided in each room help to entertain the kids.
