The receptionist were very accommodating. The room was perfect, clean, well ventilated, your view is the pool from the outside. Their breakfast is fine, you’re going to choose if you wanted an American or Filipino style meal. The WiFi isn’t that good, signal reception is very poor on our room.

The resort is okay, staff are very accommodating. Rooms are clean, spacious, has hot water system. The pool area is large, only lacks shade from trees. They allow fast food delivery which is okay, although we wish they could have a small restaurant to order food from. When the sun is up, it can get very hot. Maybe provide some trees around. Over all, the resort is okay, good for families and groups.

Need few improvements with the meals and renovations with rooms. But has incredible customer service!! I love all the stuffs in this resort!! They tried so hard to give everything that made my stay here unforgettable :)

Ensure complete breakfast for ALL checked-in guests!!!”

Hoping that the grilling area will be transferred near the hotel rooms. It's quite far and at night it's not friendly. Pls. ensure that all guests will be served complete breakfast, even though it's already 9:30 a.m. 3 persons from my family, including myself was not able to have soup, tocino and fried bangus since there is no more serving at the buffet table. We all pay the same price to be served what we have paid for! All staff are friendly and very helpful! Bravo!!!

Super Friendly staff, rooms are OK but with defective TV's. Grilling area should be nearer the hotel for easy access. Breakfast buffet is not accounted for number of checked-in guests, there are already MISSING food in the menu for those who will take their breakfast after 8:30 a.m. and we pay in full for breakfast. They keep on saying "UBOS NA PO" and that should not be the case, they should keep on refilling until all guests have already eaten.

Too expensive for a 2 star hotel. Old hotel room, malfunctioning water heater, very low wifi (only in lobby), breakfast (buffet) is costly and honestly id rather eat in cafeteria. Taste terrible. I will never go back there!

The pool is nice but a bit filthy. The room was dusty . Having a deluxe room I am expecting different from standard rooms but the only difference is the sink in the toilet which is quite space. And in the reception I was asked to fill up a form for each room with the names of each occupants and been attended by more than 4 differnt persons. The first person did not finish her job and here comes another person at the end was the man who asked again my booking which I showed thru my mobili phone took my mobile phone and did not return it back to me. I just remembered it the following day fortunately it was returned back to me. But the thing is we seated in the reception and no one bothered to return it to me. My daughter heard that one of the occupants complaint that his mobile phone disappeared and said it was borrowed by one of the receptionists and even used as calculator. I do not think it is good to recommend it to my friends.

The only outstanding part was they were great and did their best we, sadly the restaurant isn't a real restaurant and didn't open the night we stayed so had to travel out for dinner, the canteen or shop they had there to buy drink snack etc had no stock if you wanted food in middle of day you had to get delivered from outside eg. KFC, tv remote didnt work aircon broke down in the middle of the night because the wall socket loose there was a power cable running across corridor from one room to another then cr had problems. The place in general is run down, pool grout was dirty in places and facilities aren't as advertised it is extremely misleading, for what it was priced at i would expect a much higher standard. Sadly if i hadn't paid before arriving i would have walked straight back out the door.

Big water park resort”

Arrive late at night and leaving early in the morning. Didn't have chance to have fun in the water park. A bit over-priced for local standard. The sink in the bathroom was full of hairs, wasn't clean properly. Staff were helpful.

They advertise that they have restaurants. (Plural). They did not have even1 restaurant available to us during our visit. We had to order McDonalds delivered. They included breakfast. But no choices, just some bland rice, pork, veges and a boiled egg....my kids wouldnt eat the breakfast. They served coffee with breakfast. I asked for a tea bag....no they dont have any tea or hot chocolate...just coffee. The pools looked cleanish but when you step in a cloud of white dust flys out from under your feet....I was worried my kids would get sick so no swimming at this”Water park” either. I’m thoroughly disappointed and if I ran Agoda I would be embarrassed to have such a dump of a place that lies about its facilities on my website. I notice expedia dont advertise them......now I know why.

Terrible - False advertising. ”

Attended a conference in Bulacan. Stayed at KLIR WATER PARK for 3 nights. Should be called NO WATER PARK instead. NO water park (because not enough people staying there to open the pools). NO restaurant. NO alcohol. NO smoking. NO wifi in the rooms. At the time I stayed there I was the only guest staying at the hotel. Attended a conference in Bulacan. Arrived back late the second night. The guard wouldn't let my driver in the park because the front desk wouldn't answer the guard's call. The guard only let us in after about 10 minutes when I went totally ballistic. Then came to find out that there had been no maid service. No fresh towels. Nothing. For about $100 a night, the place was a total disappointment. Wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy.
