Stayed at Nine Tree by Parnas and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station, but it’s conveniently located near popular tourist spots like Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, Hongdae, and Gyeongbokgung Palace, making it easy to get around Seoul. One of the biggest conveniences was the airport limousine bus, with both pick-up and drop-off right by the hotel. While taking a taxi from Incheon Airport can take longer depending on traffic, I would recommend the airport bus if you’re not in a rush

I booked this hotel in a hurry, solely because it was near the Dongdaemun Plaza and what a pleasant surprise. Staff are friendly and efficient. It's on the 6001 bus route from Incheon. Rooms are small but well designed, bathroom is great. Housekeeping good. Third floor has reception and free coffee & tea. Also a luggage scale, laundry and free lockers to store luggage after you check out. Subway entrance is at the corner if you turn left or go right and walk to catch it at the DDP. 3 convenience stores within half a block, convenient bus stops at nearby intersection. We went on their free tour one morning to see a Hanok village with excellent guides. Coffee/snack shop on ground floor. Only 2 stops to the craziness of Myengdong. Good windows and blackout curtains. Huge choice of pillows. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. I'm already planning my trip for next year and will book this hotel again.

First, the check-in process was smooth. They will ask for your passport and a credit card, but nothing was charged to my card after I checked out. Second, there is a locker room where you can store your luggage if it’s not yet check-in time. You can leave your bags there and go sightseeing first, which was really convenient. The room was not too small and not too big, just nice for me and my friend. We were able to open two large suitcases and one cabin luggage comfortably. The toilet had a built-in bidet, which was a huge plus point for me because I can’t live without one. The bathroom was also super clean. The mattress was okay, but I didn’t really like the pillow as I prefer firmer pillows. You can request for an iron if you need one. The location is quite convenient as well. It takes about 15–20 minutes by bus to Myeongdong and Namdaemun. The airport bus stop is also only a 1–2 minute walk from the hotel, so you don’t have to drag your luggage very far. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in Dongdaemun. ps: Kudos to the housekeeping team for cleaning my room daily.
