It is a very convenient location and we took less than 30mins for every spots we visited in the city or the pick up locations (I.e. Lulu Hypermarket for Dessert safari trip and Shargh DG station for Abu Dhabi Tour) for the tours we joined. And the supermarket is 5min away, convenience stores are downstairs, 5min walk to mall of emirates... We cooked in the apartment and the kitchen was lovely. We had some issues with some facilities in the apartment during our stay, but the staff there provided prompt responses with patient and fixed them quickly. We did hope they refill of the bottle water or coffee powder could be more often but every time we asked the house keeping, they gave us the stuff we need very quickly. So overall we had a very pleasant stay there and we would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.
The hotel is a few minutes walk to Mall of the Emirates. The location is perfect because the hotel is easy to get to, and it's close to the highway, so getting around UAE from there is perfect. I am so happy we didn't choose to stay in Deira area, as it was very busy and crowded when we drove there to the Gold Souk. We easily accessed the highways from Noon Hotel Apartments to go to Al Ain Zoo. Also, it's only about 15 minutes from Global Village, which would have taken a very long time to drive from Bur Dubai or Deira. Our 2 BR apartment was clean and big enough for 3 adults and 3 children. Both rooms had King sized beds. I would have preferred 2 twin beds in one of the bedrooms. There is everything you need in the kitchen to make your own breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.
Hotel is nice and not too far a walk from MOE. However, there is poor signage as you can only see the name of the hotel when are you close to it or standing in front of it ! Apartment is complete with cooking and fast internet. Gym is nice. However, the pool is rather small just like many other 4-star hotels in the vicinity. Hotel rate is on the higher side but guess that is the going rate these days ??!!!
worst receptionist staff”
Horrible! We arrived around quarter to 12 midnight. After showing all the booking confirmation documents, the unaccommodating and lazy receptionist at the lobby told us he could not find our booking confirmation no. in their system. I told him to check again but he just told me the same thing and gave me a disappointed look. After 15-20minutes, he still could not find our booking confirmation no. sent by Agoda so I already asked him, "so what will happen now?" He just gave me a "i dont know look" accompanied with disappointment. I suggested that since we have all the documents needed, maybe it is only fitting that he checks us in already since it's already getting late and super tired from our 8hour flight. After several negotiations, he finally agreed and photocopied all our documents and informed us to just settle everything in the morning. We booked one bedroom with an extra bed (convertible sofa bed), which was not set up. Since we were all sleepy and tired, we just tried to fit ourselves (3pax) in one double bed. Very horrible experience. I also noticed that the receptionist was more accommodating to Indians and Arabians. I forgot his name but he should be fired and replaced.

Located near Lulu and the Mall of the Emirates. Rooms are stylish, modern and incredibly better designed than other hotel apartments. Definitely coming back!

There was no hot water in the shower Electricity is bad , 24h to charge my iPhone Room have bad smell Staff are A$$holes No visitors allowed by security and I'm at the biggest room in the hotel ?? Housekeeper got in the bedroom while i was sleep !!!
Poor level of upkeeping the room.Carpet was full of sand,requested for housekeeping to come and clean,waited for 1.5 hours but no show,went down to reception told her the problem,she made some faces and told me will call the cleaner.No cleaner came to our room until we checked out.When we entered the room,theres only one towel and bathroom drainage was very slow caused flood in the bathroom.
1st negative stay in 12 years travel to dubai”
On arrival we were issued room number and cards. Not told where or what floor to go to find our room. we travel regularly to Dubai for last 12 years, this is the 1st time we have not liked our hotel. i dont think we were given the room we booked, no double sinks, no balcony, no city view. Kept curtains closed always. reception said manager would discuss with me in morning, no contact at all. 2nd day no housekeeping had been, no fresh towels. 3 consecutive days had to request toilet paper, not left during housekeeping. paid for breakfast but no facilities in hotel that im aware of. Would have stayed again as we visit every year if i didnt have so many issues during my stay. nothing positive about my stay.

At check in , the room looks like that there is somebody still staying in it and we have to stay about 45 min until they made up our room while we were there about 4 o'clock pm They took our passport for 2 nights and every time we asked for it they told us that the scaner in not working and they gave to take a copy so that us why they keeping our passport for more than 2 days Your room will never be made up even you used the made up tag in the room door You have to ask the front desk to do so If you waiting for someone in the louby they will act as why u r staying here go upstairs and wait for him

Room floor need proper cleaning. Rugs too much dusty. And don’t expect yoo much with tv channel, because its not clear,, need to upgrade,,
They are courteous and very efficient .
