At first, I book this hotel for my wife birthday, I just ask for a birthday card on the room. But they give lot more than that. They give room decoration using flowers on the bed saying "happy birthday my wife" and they even give us a cake as a complimentary!! If I need to stay at hotel for a special day, I believe Novotel will help me with that special moment! Thank you!

Nice room, and plenty space to park your car. This hotel is designed as a resort, therefore this is a great place to chill, I can easily find many sooty-headed-bulbul (burung kutilang) in front of my window (1st floor). However. there are other hotel options with better location.

My children really love the pool, too bad the outbound playground currently unavailable. The staff are friendly. Be careful with the mosquitoes, if you open the door or window for some time it can enter the room

Nice and spasious room. Breakfast is good. Many choices between local food and american breakfast. Staff is very nice also. Swimming pool was under purification because of heavy rain the day before. Overall, Novotel is pleasant place..

We are a group of friends that stay together, 4 families , we enjoyed our stay here because of the friendly stafs , good ambience , and great pool But the pool had some tiles missing,so be careful when you are swimming Breakfast was good, the rooms are clean but we missed the riding horse activity

No toothbrush in room”
Our room didn't have any toothbrush. Had asked to receptionist and they told the house keeping would send it but it never came. Also, need to wait for 15 minutes to get room despite coming right on 2 PM. Another thing is excellent.
