Rude and unwelcoming receptionist ”

We had a fairly poor experience at this hotel. This was down to the bad communication of the rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming receptionists (specially the older lady and to a lesser extent another man). Every time I'd ask a question she'd pick up the phone. She was more interested in telling us when we had to leave than helping. The wifi doesn't work if you can't receive an SMS so slightly awkward for international travellers who can't use mobiles/ or anyone wanted to use a laptop etc. The room was clean but the hot water was only available between two hours. The bell boys in the green shirts were all very friendly though. Better options on Cottonpet main road.

Clean hotel, tough location”

The hotel staff and the room's cleanliness were excellent--each day, I saw staff cleaning walls, floors, windows.. They were very helpful with connecting to wifi and helping with any concern. So, the hotel itself was actually a nice, quiet, and affordable place to stay. The only difficulty was the location--although it is near the train station, it is actually surrounded by 6 lanes of busy, one-way traffic, making it challenging for me to walk to nearby restaurants, general stores, etc. To go even just one kilometer, one has to rely on rick-shaw drivers, who often hesitated with the ride, given the series of looping one-way lanes of traffic.. As one who is used to walking to a metro to explore a city, this location was a bit challenging and even isolating at times. However, if you have a car, just need to do work/business from your room, and/or don't mind the garage-cafe food, then the location would be fine.

Excellent Value for Money”

We stayed one night at this hotel. The room was very big, clean, with comfy beds. Bathroom also spacious and clean. Even though we booked without A/C, there was one in the room. Only downside: you get limited WIFI of 500MB per person, which is a bit too less if you need it. Reception personnel could be a bit more friendly, although professional and helpful.

Extra charges for food... 10 % extra for room food served in room (Note.. no common cafeteria, u have no other option) INR 5 extra per package.. ( for each food item they ask 5 exta apart from price from menu). Fried rice price 100 => 100 + 10 +5 = 105 Single ideli wada cast me 65/- not worth it..

Pros: the property is walkable distance to bang junc station Cons: - rude behaviour of the reception manager - while my booking was prepaid,manager charged extra GST and didnt provide reciept at the end of the stay - the room was flowing in water literally when it rained outside - food is not at all upto mark - plates and spoons were completly unhygenic and not cleaned properly - remote broken, blanket torn, flush not working properly All these experience while I only came at night to sleep in the room. I would suggest if its urgent and you dnt find any where else to stay, choose this at last.

Neutral review about sheetal residency”

Stay was not all that good because 1. Noisy corridor because it's very narrow and we got disturbed a lot due to people talking and yelling 2. Somebody in the office room was smoking with doors open that filled entire hotel With nasty smoke 3. Lots of noisy through out the day from next door gas agency due to stacking of cylinders etc. Overall it was not a comfortable stay.

Not 24 hours service counter”

It was around two am when we were arrived the hotel and the whole building was light off. it was confusing that we thought we went to wrong place.the website stated that is 24 hours counter and I had leave the message that we would check in late.But all staffs were sleeping when we arrived,we had to woke them to check in.

Poor location”

Stay was pleasant, arrived early off an overnight bus and were given a room. However, we checked out at 9.30 and were told we would be charged for an extra night as we had stayed longer than 48 hours (as we had checked in at 6am) and we had not been told this rule so had to argue in order to pay for just two nights.

A friend visited me for few hours ( around 4 hours) as I was not in position to go out. And I was charged for double occupancy. I didn't want to create any scene and hence had to pay extra 500 Rs.

Located at a walkable distance from city railway”

Superb stay but embarasing coffee . I got 2 cockroach free with a cup of coffee. Otherwise nothing like this hotel

excellent value. in Majestic central area close to every thing, being in a quiet lane, offered what i needed. will repeat my stay whenever will be in Benguluru, which is one of the best cities in India

Les plus :chambre au calme à proximité d une gare et d'une gare routiiere inter cités. Tres propre, le journal sous la porte tous les matins, un ascenceur. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, tres bien equipée. Les moins : il faut a chaque fois demander trois fois pour avoir quelque chose.La "restauration" à disposition est très réduite et les horaires d'ouverture aussi. L'emplacement n'est pas vraiment sexy, difficile à trouver..

De douche is geweldig en na een treinreis geweldige bedden! Aan te raden het zo te doen. Vervoer naar het vliegveld betaalbaar geregeld bij het hotel. Beneden in de kelder is een lekkere dosa te krijgen met een fatsoenlijke koffie. Dus voor €10,- een absolute aanrader

トリバンドラムへの移動の際に一泊だけ利用しました。バススタンドと駅がすぐ近くなのでそこを利用するには便利です。他には周辺には特に何もありませんがスタッフがみな真面目そうだったのが好印象でした。ただホットシャワーはぬるいです。
