Strategic location in Hoi An”

This hotel is very convenient and accessible to the tourist attraction location. However, the facilities they provide is not that much. Preferably to request for a river view room because it is much more nice. The drawback of this hotel is the aircond that I live in is not that cold so yea..but my family one was perfectly fine so have to try your luck and try your best to request when you booking.

The housekeeping cleaned our room but when we returned in the evening, the door from our room to balcony was left opened. We were shocked to see that coz the guests staying next to our room could easily climb over at the balcony and enter our room. Fortunately we locked our luggage and nothing was missing. Bath tub dirty with lots of hair. Air cond leaking on second and third night. Only staff at reception can understand and speak English. Other staff mostly could not understand English.

Excellent Value”

We had a total of 3 rooms booked with 6 adults traveling. The hotel in in a great location to town centre, nearby restaurants, street food, bars, mini mart and markets. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were great, all requests no problem. Breakfast was good, pool was clean and a good place to meet with friends at the end of the day. I will stay hear again.

Nice hôtel with good swimming pool and nearby Hoi An ancient town”

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. We checked in a bit late at the hotel and the staff already prepared our rooms. Within a few minutes our room cards were handed over to us and I was surprised cos it’s the fastest checked in I have ever experienced. The hotel is in a great location nearby the Hoi An ancient town which is a few steps walk and behind the hotel there are many restaurants.

Great location, walking distance to Ancient town, beautiful pool, room clean and view from balcony. the only downside is the the restaurant/ breakfast area isn't air-conditioned, and the food was in the heat, and the staff weren't as attentive, but their didn't seem to be a maitre de to lead and show them how the room should run.

Great location, staff, pool and rooms”

Well located, pool was nice, as was the staff. Nice balconey for the room I stayed in. Food wasnt great, but Hoi An in general pales compared to the rest of Vietnam in this regard if you ask me. All in all, I would certainly stay again.

Erakordne”

This place was perfect! I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. It is in a good location away from all the noise but just a quick walk to the old town. The staff were so friendly and amazing! They helped me set up tours everyday and everything went so smoothly! The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had, while traveling the past month! The pool area was so nice and I loved sitting out there. I would highly recommend staying here!

Better hotels for the money”

This hotel was really disappointing. It is listed as a 4 star hotel which is a big big stretch. The hotel itself is very old and doesn't look like its been updated in years. Mattress was soft, pillows were hard, and the wifi was very spotty which made it really difficult to research restaurants and tours. The pool area was nice, but that was about it. The kicker is that they only provide you with 2 8oz water bottles per day and all other water they charge for. Pretty ridiculous for a hotel in this price point. My suggestion, go somewhere else.

Great location but pretty expensive”

Great spot- just a short walk to Hoi An Ancient City. Hotel is a bit outdated and doesn't seem good value for money, although I guess I was there over 2 public holidays. The staff were really great and friendly though. The swim-up bar means that you swim to the shallow end of the pool and call out to the bartender - but he didn't seem to mind! Pool was really clean.

Fantastic hotel but daily street is parked full with busses from day tourists”

Very nice hotel with nice and helpful staff. Only thing is the millions of busses that park in front during the day causing disturbance when you are chilling at the pool in front. Same goes for the old center which is insanely crowded with those cruise/day tourists during daytime...

Amazing location and facilities ”

Amazing hotel, best location 100m from the old town, facilities were high standard, breakfast extremely good, staff couldn’t do enough to help. Would highly recommend the hotel. Right on the river. The room the balcony just amazing along with a soft bed, great stay in Hoi An.

Perfect location”

one of the medium priced options but was worth it. Wonderful friendly helpful staff, hotel driver to Ba Na hills was excellent, very convenient location just out side the night market hustle and bustle zone but not too far to walk to everything. Would definitely return

Great location”

Staff at Thanh Binh were super friendly! Hotel room was fine - nothing fancy, not new. It was clean, comfortable, and the room was spacious. Pool was nice. We could hear some street noise from our first level room - if noise is an issue for you, ask for a higher level room? Price and location makes this a good option and we'd stay there again!

In the Heart of Hoi An”

Everything you need in a perfect location close to all the sites, restaurants and bars. This hotel is a short walk to everything and the staff are fantastic. Bicycles for rent at the front door 40,000vnd per day. The poo is beautiful and crystal clean. All the staff are friendly and happy to assist with any requests.

Dissapointing ”

This property is right in front of the river and less than 5 mins walking from town centre. Hotel looked grand outside but the suite i got was aged and torn while disturbingly smelled which was later treated by lemongrass diffuser. A/C didnot work at all and since it was too late to move to another room, a dirty fan was set up instead.

Awsome ”

Fantasic location, fantastic pool and huge rooms .. We had a pool view top level room. This is not a 5 star resort but it was simply the best value for money place we stayed in whilst holidaying in Vietnam.. Breakfast was fair. Beds were comfortable

Hotel has the feeling of a grand old place a few decades past it's prime. Great location and the staff was helpful. The lobby and dinning facilities have been recently updated but their decor doesn't even remotely match the building or the rooms (not that this matters but it's just strange), the rooms are big but very dated and in need of a renovation.

Being close to everything was a bonus for this hotel, the pool was a very relaxing area, however feel the sun beds could do with an upgrade. The hotel food was very tasty with the Vietnamese dishes being a high light, the staff assisted with the dishes where we were a little unfamiliar with. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful leaving sweet notes and the creative towel art in our bed each day, this was something to look forward to have a chuckle over each day.

This hotel is in a great location just on the edge of the Ancient City. The staff are fantastic particularly the ladies on the front desk. In fact all staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The room was spacious but maybe lacked storage areas like bench spaces, towel racks or hooks. But all in all a great place to stay
