              The room maintenance was very bad..my bathroom door got locked and i am inside. I was locked there for almost half an hour the staff was pathetic they people dont even understand the seriousness of the situation. One of the staff member was smiling over the phone they dont even picking up thr call .. very bad experience very very bad

              Wow ....how Agoda can be in business They double charged me for glitch in their app. Their robo customers service keep on sent you the same massages. In my opinion it prove they are well example of company who targets their customer with well established malicious business practice . I advised traveler to think twice before you provided them with your credit card number. Good luck to those who choose to do business with Agoda

              Very poorly maintained. Sheer waste of money!!”

              Absolutely hopeless and disgusting place to stay!! Washroom drains were choked / room was smelling of dampness & leaking / toilet sheets loosely fitted and shaking. Very very very poorly maintained property!!! Do not stay here and keep it as a last option. Very bad experience here. They claim they are a 5* hotel but it doesn't deserve even 2* status. Do not stay here at all!!!!

              Great Location ”

              I got the hotel at an expensive rate due to peak period. The location was great however the staff used to take forever to do anything. I asked for Room Service order and it took them more than an hour to send the food to the room.

              Great staff, location a bit far from the action”

              The hotel has beautiful decor and exceptionally helpful staff

              If you need to stay out west, this is the place to stay. It is a jewel in an otherwise very run down and poorly maintained crwon. The breakfast buffet selection was good but if your staying too long you may get a little tired of always eating in as it is hard to just step out the fron entrance and find some good eateries close by.

              good business hotel”

              good breakfast buffet, good rooms

              the club rooms are good - big comfotable, modern design. the only disagreeable thing in my stay at this hotel was that it was far from the city center. going by taxi is expensive and although the metro station is just in front of the hotel, i could not use this transport because of health issues. staff was good and courteous (over solicitous, i'd say, but not too annoying).

              ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD”

              HOTEL IS FINE BUT MAINTENANCE / CLEANLINESS NOT DONE UP TO THE MARK. ROOMS HAVE SQUEAKY DOORS. WASHROOM DOESN'T HAVE A FAUCET SHOWER. BED LINEN & TOWELS ARE EXTREMELY OLD AND NEED REPLACEMENT. TELEPHONE LINES ARE VERY NOISY. OVERALL NOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE AFTER PAYING HIGH CHARGES PER DAY BASIS.

              5-star hotel past it’s prime ”

              This used to be a Hilton and had the scale and grandeur of a 5-star hotel, it has seen much better days. There are lots of little things that need to be repaired. If you can it at about $80 per night including breakfast the price is about right for the level of the property.

              The hotel is Old”

              I was staying for 4 days but I end up staying 2 days and change to another hotel, the TV are old and the channel all don’t work I need to call the service team to fix the tv channel and after 2 hours it say that your licence for tv expires, the room is dirty and I found underwear in my room when I enter. The hair dryer not work. There carpet was too smelly. Please guy note this from my point don’t box this hotel I have change two room even I got upgrade to high class room and tv screen was broken, hair dryer not work, iron not work room was also dirty, the cake I order from hotel was like too many day over there and was not eatable, room service I call and end up with warm food. Hotel rules is you even can’t bring outside food so that they make u buy from them or eat out the hotel then enter, the manager at hotel I ask what is there policy and he say will print out for me at end he say he need time, the staff won’t listen to you anything. If you call room Service 1 hr later they come.

              Very casual behavior by Duty Manager”

              First time i ever had such experience with Hotel that too 5 Star, we have organized campus interiew drive in the Hotel where in no a single person from Hotel staff to support and even provide any kind of facilities.. My colleague had a sprain in Neck and the Hotel staff /Duty manager were giving some nonsence reason for not have first aid available. After 4 hours they provided the rely spray... It is too costly.. no cleanliness even in the room, the provided towels are also so dirty, like they have been in use for ages. Dont recommend it

              AVOID AVOID AVOID”

              Booked this hotel thinking i would get a 5 star experience- far from it! I booked a triple room, consists of 1 king bed and a single. I emailed the hotel in advance to inform them I will be arriving at 2am and would have thought the room would be ready for us. How wrong was I! Arrived at 2am to find the room only had 1 bed- after a 45 minute wait a man pulled in a thin mattress which he wanted to put on the floor. When I asked where is the stand to the mattress, i was told they didn't have any left and i needed to adjust! After 2 hours arguing with the manager i finally got given an additional room- Surprising as I was told there were not other rooms available! Despite the next day being upgraded to a suite for one night- which again horrific. The hotel was filthy! Blood stains on the bedding- bathrooms filthy-the floors were filthy . The chairs were full of dust- one of which were broken. I have pics and have requested a refund-avoid if you are looking for luxury-AVOID!

              Good hotel with a few hiccups”

              The hotel itself was quite nice. I have been here before for a friend's wedding however in this instance i was surprised as the lights in my room short circuited. it took over an hour to resolve and the lights shirted twice. the lack of a real coffee machine in the hotel was also somewhat surprising.

              Air conditioner of room was not working, when I complain, they replied back to me that its same in every room. Couldn't sleep at all. And water coming out of rap in bath room was too much stinking. Overall a bad experience

              Worst Experience”

              Bad customer service and Internet age but allow only 2 device then u need to pay. even u disconnect one device it still shows registered so u need to pay. trying to make business from the internet serice in this cheap interent age... when requested, they asked customer to come o reception to fix rather sending staff.

              The Hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are neat and clean with wide variety of amenities. The location is also good. With a mall adjacent to it, it definitely is a plus. The breakfast buffet was wide spread, however, they can do better in terms of food taste. The hotel reception staff need to be prompt in service. They take a lot of time to address your concerns. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it to other people and would myself consider staying in it whenever I visit that part of Delhi.

              Had a great service experience was informed at the time of booking that there was some problem as hotel ran out of rooms at the last moment after i paid for the booking through Agoda spoke to your representative FAITH She took care of the concern spoke to Hotel n got the room upgrade and thanj god my guests didnt face any hassel while check in....
