Disappointing & no attempt to service or help guests”
No internet throughout stay, other guests in building likewise. I reported that on arrival, received no acknowledgement or response. My flight arrival time was late so I notified of this when requesting to book, and while i did receive clear instructions about where to go upon arrival and collect keys, the instructions were for a different apartment! So my late night arrival was unnecessarily stressful. Host never communicated to acknowledge or apologise about that. I was asked to provide photos of ID via WhatsApp as required by Italian law. Twice by email I requested a phone number to do this - again no reply. To pay I was instructed to place cash inside an envelope and drop through a slot in the wall. I did as instructed, with a note asking for a receipt and giving my WhatsApp number, asking to be contacted and for problems with Internet and faulty security safe to be fixed... Once again, no acknowledgement, no reply. Its so disappointing that some people in hospitality provide such poor service to visitors. The flat itself - clean, a bit dark, I wouldn't describe as comfortable (cheap plastic seats, wrought iron bed headboards which will break your back if planning to read before sleeping!) Good shower, kitchen is fine.

처음에 위치 찾느라 꽤 많이 헤맸음. 톨레도 역에서는 도보 10분정도 걸리고, 바로 앞쪽에 항상 군인이 있고 완전 시내라 혼자였는데도 딱히 위험을 못 느낌. 숙소는 깨끗했고 수건도 많이줘서 좋았다. 다만 큰 쇼핑 몰? 안에 있어서 밤에 겁나...시끄러워서 매일 이어폰 꽂고 잤다 한 12시 30분~새벽 1시는 되야 좀 조용해지는 느낌ㅠ 그것빼곤 위치랑 방 크기 깔끔함 전부 괜춘
