Great hotel”
a bit expensive (2 rooms= around $80/night) but i think it is really worth it. The check in and out were easy and fast. (imagine i checked in at 2 AM because of our late bus).The rooms were clean, peaceful (i could not find bugs like mentioned in old reviews but i did hear when the door of the other room open and close). Also the room was exactly like the pictures. Regarding the location, just tell your taxi to go to Pratunam Market because the hotel is just 2 minute walk from there. Easy to find and both sides of the hotel are alleys which are not dark at all (I arrived at 2 AM and i feel safe walking there, those old reviews did scare me). We also had a small refrigerator in our room which was very helpful. But sadly they did not provide toothbrush and toothpaste and the lock box thingy where you put your valuable stuffs in does not work (lucky we brought them with us). Internet was okay. The buildings block the view so we could not see anything through the windows but it was not the problem at all. The receptionists are the owners of the hotel (A friendly Indian family) so we found it easy and the cleaners are Thai. Overall, i and my family really enjoyed our stay there despite the fact that it was a bit expensive. (You can find much cheaper rooms but of course, the service and facilities are bad too). Thanks to the hotel and Agoda for making our trip one of the most memorable ones.

You come to Bangkok for relax? The answer is NO right. So this hotel is recommended. What you can get at the surrounding of this area..here we go. HALAL food is everywhere. 7E is everywhere. Street food. 2 min walk to day & night pratunam market. 7-10 min walk to Platinum Mall. Pak Ngaa Halal Tomyum 5 min walk. Easy to get grab, taxi & tuk-tuk. Starbucks Coffee at Indra Regent Hotel/Mall just 5-7 min walk. 10 min walk to Airport Rail Station to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Not a quite place but most important it safe. 24hrs reception. Staff very helpful. Guest can use their kitchen to have breakfast or dinner. Why no lunch? because u only notice you miss your hotel during night time :). If your money finish, ATM & Money Changer is everywhere..HAHAHAHA. So enjoy Bangkok!

very convenient for shopper all walking distance to pratunam market, platinum n many more local nearby , love the location. Easy to get street food. if u take cab to the hotel must do some homework like airport taxes for 4adults n 1baby) must do some homework like google map street view, so when taxi driver somewhere nearby ,u can find it urself. cz it located at the alley. staff in the hotel are very friendly , even they cant provide us same floor room (we had 3rd floor n 7th floor) we extended 1 room for late check out till 5pm charges 700baht Room bit small n old for 7th floor, but overall ok cz budget hotel. n worth for money cz of location.

Quite difficult to find, but decent rooms”
It's located in one of those alleys in the middle of a busy Pratunam market. Took me 30 minutes to find the place and the geo-tagging in google maps is a bit off, maybe because those small alleys weren't recognised as roads. Despite the shady surroundings, the room & toilets were clean - very satisfactory. Very helpful staff which always gets the door for customers, because it's their motto.

Clean Hotel and good location”
1st time stayed at Euro Luxury Pavilion Pratunam. Room is clean and big.But the breakfast very poor, we went for breakfast on 8.30am local time , but that's only 3 items for breakfast. For the 4 days we staying there , we decided go to outside and give up the hotel breakfast which our hotel room has included breakfast . Hope the hotel breakfast will improve since the hotel quite new and the room was quite ok.

The location in the middle of Pratunam market is good and surrounded by fe 7-eleven, made us easier to get food. Most taxi driver didn't recognize when we showed hotel card, so we just mentioned Baiyoke Sky Hotel and the taxi driver will know.

Best stay at Bangkok ; )”
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Many halal shops nearby in fact just about 10 metres away there is one. Situated between Baiyoke 1 and 2 so u can't get disoriented. Bazaar was right at the doorstep. Would definitely stay here again for my second Bangkok trip. The surroundings were well lighted and 24hrs convenient stores are just around the corners. Safe neighbourhood. ; )

Good location but need to take note that not every tuk tuk driver knows the way, the entrance to the hotel is not as shown as the photo, however, the room is clean and cosy, staff are friendly and helpful, can look for reliable tour or transport at the counter of the hotel, will come back to the same hotel for my next trip

1st time stayed at Euro Luxury Pavilion Pratunam. we stay in Small but tidy Room,Location is good, near shopping centers. but that room don't have hot water boiler, no breakfast due to renovation kitchen( but i saw dinner and lunch provided for all indian muslim customer), very noisy at night around 3plus 4am morning.

The hotel staff were friendly upon arrival. We got a free upgrade as there was no other room left. The room was really big and even the toilet was big too. The room was really clean. Only concern is the breakfast. It was served too slowly due to ala carte style and with limited choices. Can try the street food outside in the morning instead. The location is the best!

If only the hotel management willing to look more details then they will be the top hotel in Pratunam . Toilet got funny smell, toilet door looks dirty old.room were okay , tv channel were more than other hotel , just need some touch up in the room and I dare to say it will attract more clients .

The location is good for shopping and massage but first night we arrive there are cockroaches in the room and my husband wipe the vanity table first before putting our things on it. the safe did not function and the receptionist just mention that they contact the outsource technician but he always delay coming to fix it. they may delay payment to the technician as I had stayed for 4 nights and no technician come to fix it. hairdryer can be provided to you. the shower provides adequate warm water but the inner bathroom glass door only have one instead of 2 which we did not realize till we went in for bath and water spilled out to the floor near the basin. definitely i have to use towel to wipe the floor as it was slippery all the time. everyday without fail I need to check the towels have no dirt or smudges on them to prevent getting charged extra cleaning charges. I even take pictures of the towels before I leave the room everyday. Pratunam is just like Petaling Street.

The room was big enough for three of us, and lot of space to keep your baggages. You can find lot of food and shopping area nearby, just walk around 1 minutes from hotel. For suggestion, if you want to take online taxi, better to walk about 2-3km until you see the main road, because sometimes it was really traffic around there.
