Fabulous”

We stayed in the Standard Double Room with Balcony – 102 on Plinarska Street 75 for three nights at the end of June and could not find fault at all. The location was perfect in a quiet residential street minutes from the centre. Despite its peaceful location you really felt like you were in the centre of everything - Paradox is a few minutes away, with Le Monde almost opposite. We were able to watch the locals on their way about their normal business from the balcony (quirkily accessed via the shower - it has to be seen to be believed) or the window overlooking mainly pedestrianised the street below the room. The air-con was very efficient, great coffee making facilities, a well-stocked mini-bar a reasonable prices and lots of room for extras in the huge fridge which was also silent.th the air-con and fridge worked silently. When we closed the window at night it was so peaceful we were not disturbed at all, in fact we had the best sleep during our 14 day trip at Divota. We had great help and advice from all of the receptionists, they were relaxed and efficient, taking a real interest in our experiences and feedback during our stay. They helpfully arranged for a car to take us back to the airport which made everything so smooth. Our particular favourite was Tanja, her local knowledge and suggestions made the trip extra special. We love Croatia, Split in particular a wonderful location and Divota, well what can I say. When we return we will definitely be returning to "our room" at Divota. THANK-YOU!

Wonderful stay”

Divota is walking distance to the key sights - marjan, harbour, Diocletian. We found no need for our car which Christina nicely helped us with the highly conveted parking spots. She is wonderful with great recommendations on sights and restaurants. Somehow the wifi in the room was not working well and she offered me her laptop with wifi access so that I can stay connected. The rooms clean, white and spotless. We are very happy with our stay.

Extremely Cool & Chic Apartment in Split”

We were extremely pleased with Divota Apartment Hotel. It was in a great location, quiet yet very close to the centre of Split Old Town. Every single element of the design of the apartment was well thought out - it was very modern and chic. Will definitely stay again!

Delightful stay”

We stayed a couple of nights at the Divota at the end of a journey across Hungary and Croatia. Staff members Tanya and Kristina were wonderfully welcoming and proved resourceful in helping us find what we wanted as well as suggesting things which had not occurred to us. The delightful small apartment hotel, with its stylish modern finish and ingenious use of space, proved an ideal location from which to visit this wonderful town. Wish our stay could have been longer!

Amazing staff, beautiful room.”

Close to the Port of Split and the town square, I was very impressed with Divota Apartments. My room was beautiful, and the staff were exceptional (as were their restaurant recommendations!)

Divota Apts”

We stayed at the Divota Apts (studio 500) for 2 nights so didn't make full use of the Self Catering facilities though it looked like there was everything there that you'd need. Having looked back at the photos used to promote this apartment they have obviously used a very wide fish eye lens on the camera as its really small - especially the bedroom. Its on two floors - upstairs is living/kitchen which is nice but the 'sofa' is moulded plastic and can only seat one person comfortably as its moulded to seat one person 'lounging' rather than two sitting which means you slide into the dip together! Downstairs is the bedroom and bathroom which we think is a wet room... or if not, there are problems with drainage! The bathroom floor was under about a cm of water after we'd both had showers and the water didn't drain away easily meaning we had to wipe the floor as best we could with a cloth and leave a towel outside the door to dry our feet on as it strangely never got completely dry even after we'd mopped it/hours later even... on our last day my partner remarked that the funny smell you notice when you walk in might not just be stale air due to the heat outside but could be damp? (there is a washing machine in the bathroom too which water was going under but we couldn't mop... could be that?!) Cleaner only comes every second day so we didn't have the place cleaned during our 2 night stay. Anyway, I think this is a good studio for one person, for two its a bit of a squeeze but ok for a night or two in Split. It is very tastefully decorated as, as a designer myself, I can see that a lot of thought has gone into utilising the small space in the best way possible and furnishing it to a high spec and do appreciate that.

The room was modern, clean and luxurious for less money than other, less luxurious hotels in Split. Charming, rustic, yet modern. I would definitely stay there again.

Wish We Had More Time Here”

The room was immaculate and modern, the terrace was a great place to have our afternoon tea. Loved the breakfast, especially the smoothies. Although located a few more minutes walk from the middle of old town, it's well worth it. We'd definitely stay here the next time we're in Split.

Excellent! I would wholeheartedly recommend Divota and I hope to return.

Very friendly staff, convenient location”

It was a very nice stay. The first night we were suffering from mosquito bites and we could not even sleep at night. I sent emails to the reception at midnight (because I had to be out from the apartment from 7am onwards for a full day excursion)and the staff attended to the problem promptly the next day upon receiving my complaints. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay. One point to note is that the restaurants that the staff recommended us upon our arrivals are not really that nice. It was overpriced and very touristy. We would recommend exploring the town of Split on your own and try out new things instead of following the staff's recommendation.

Fabulous accommodation in great location”

We loved our room It was spacious extremely comfortable great bed and shower was the best of our trip. Lovely bathroom products and well stocked fridge. It all seemed brand new! The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of fresh foods, great coffee and tea. Reception was also very helpful. Just a small problem. There was an electrical cord draped across the stairs at the exit of the apartment which we mentioned to reception because of safety issues. All in all 5 stars

Great boutique experience”

Excellent place to stay in Split. Well located and the rooms are individual and well equipped. They organised our ride back to the airport which was great. Would certainly stay again.

Excellent hotel”

We were greeted very warmly on arrival. We were early so the room was not ready but the hotel looked after our bags while we went for a walk in teh area. Once the room was ready, it was very tidy and clean with excellent toiletries and complimentary coffee. Staff recommended a local restaurant for dinner and we had an excellent stay. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Wonderful staff”

We stayed for two nights at this hotel, one before our cruise and one after. They very kindly let us leave our large suitcases whilst we were cruising and when we returned our luggage had been returned to our room. We found the staff at this hotel the most obliging and helpful we have encountered; nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean with lovely linen and toiletries, but was quite small. Although not near the harbour this hotel was on the edge of the old town within easy walking distance to everything. We would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers with less luggage than we had.

Don’t touch the hot water switch!!”

The staff did not tell us about not touching the switch with a symbol that looked like a washing machine. It was located right next to light switches and got inadvertently switched off. I ended up taking a cold shower. I complained at check out and was told that that should have been pointed out to us at check in. Otherwise the apartment is located very conveniently and we had the best breakfast here.

Awesome staff”

Awesome staff and comfortable stay. Couple of flaws: Bedbug, price of hotels in Split in general are super expensive especially for the size of the room.

Exceptional”

The apartments are in a quiet area but very very close to the main old town of Split.The breakfast was excellent.The staff will cook eggs in which ever way you like and the breakfast patio area gave a lovely ambience.Staff at reception were very helpful and professional.
