Great location and great value!”

The Garden Apartments in Split were very well located and clean. Staff was responsive and quite helpful--even taking on the role of taxi and driving us to the airport when our early morning taxi did not arrive! Our room was very clean and nice. One felt very much a part of an Old Town building, but the interior was obviously updated and modernized. The apartments are located about a five-ten minute walk from the Riva and about fifteen minutes from the ferry dock. The environment within the grounds are serene with grapevines lining the length of the gravel walkway. There are several places outside where one can sit and eat or read and relax during warm weather. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much and it added to the charm of Split!

Wonderful location”

Split Garden Apartment Hotel is not your conventional type hotel but wonderful apartments ranging in size and ammenities. We had a large 1 bedroom apartment with a huge living room and TV( most don't though). The owner and manager will go out of there way to accommodate you. You can't ask for a better location!

cozy little apartment ”

I booked this hotel on a ferry only an hour away from split because we didn't have one booked. and they luckily had one available. it was a bit hard to find but if you look up at the numbers you'll be able to find it easily. the staff was super professional and check out was even easier than getting this apartment. we had an 8 am bus to Krka waterfalls, so they told us we could just leave the keys in the lock and that's it. the apartment was super clean and their bathroom was so amazing, the mirror was a bit high for me (I'm short) but everything was clean and their patio was amazing with a view. also, it a basically 5-minute walk to the center and to the wate. i would definitly stay here again!

Excellent accomodation in Split”

Garden Apartment Hotel was excellently located, the host Nicola was extremely helpful. Easy access to Diocletian's Palce and the main part of Split. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location in Split”

Our host was very helpful and showed us where to park our car for free on the street outside the apartments. The little cottage we had was excellent and had a lovely modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic and was a short walk to the main sights in Split and the waterfront.

This is the second time we stay in Garden apartments. Last summer we were a group who stayed for a wedding and this summer just 2 of us. We returned as we were happy with Garden apartments. Staff were responsive and helpful and the location is awesome!! We will be back.

Lovely apartment in fantastic position”

The apartment is within a small community at the edge of the Margan peninsula. Surrounded by great restaurants and on the edge of town. The apartment and facilities are great. The only downside is the two kitchen rings that don't produce enough heat to boil water... not good if you fancy boiled eggs for breakfast! If you are not intending to cook you can't pick a better place.

Great location and nice staff”

This was a nice place. It was located near the palace, all the restaurants, tours, and it was walking distance from the beaches. Note: the apartment is labled “22” without any reference to the hotel. There is no actual airport shuttle. Otherwise, everything was very convenient and the owner was helpful.

Perfect location ”

Location was just perfect! 5-10 mins walk to all the attractions in old town. Host was very generous and allowed for late check out. Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Would highly recommend

Nice cottage and nice host”

Like its name, it is a cottage in the Garden. Well equipped room. Walking distance to sights but it takes time to walk to the bus station. Restaurant nearby. The host is nice and helpful. They keep renewing the facilities. Would recommend.

Lovely Place”

Lovely place to stay. Just a 5min walk from the main square. Great eating area outside the apartment under the grape vines. Kitchen was spacious and clean with full size table and sofa. Bathroom was clean and very modern. Bedroom was quite big with king size bed and a large single bed. Very cosy with wooden beamed ceiling making it feel authentic. Would definately recommend and will stay again...

Quiet, convenient to old part of town, the palace, the park above with a fabulous view. The owner was helpful with his advice and suggestions. It was a very very nice place to stay.

Short Trip to Split!”

Owners cannot be helpful enough! Help with Luggage. Help with where to Park. Shown around the Apartment. Local information & recommendations ... e.g. views, restaurants, ferries, etc. Always available whether locally at the residence, or via ‘phone. Thank you Nichola, Brother & Team!

I would Recommend taking a Mosquito Plug in as my Daughter was Bitten a few times in the Apartment as as soon as open Door /Window they seem to come in all the time. Very Peaceful and Relaxing and the Beds extremely Comfy. I Definitely would stay there again 😀😀

Exceptional”

The self catering apartments were comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a pleasant verandah to sit outside. They are at the end of the Riva opposite to the Bus station but close to the action. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
