A good hotel but not five star”
We enjoyed our stay at the Korineum. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and if you are a golfer it would be paradise. Our room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent shower powerful enough to blow away anyone's cobwebs! The beds were comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. The staff were all friendly and obliging. A special mention here for the omlette chef, who was always jolly and made excellent omlettes. My husband and i had a couple of treatments in the spa. The therapist is excellent and the prices are reasonable. We will go back to the spa even if we don't stay in the hotel. One the minus side the internet was poor, the shower leaked, the evening buffet was average and the hotel is located quite a distance from Kyrenia. We booked a double bed room with a sea view but got a twin bed room with a sea view if you peered through the trees! To sum up the korineum is a nice hotel which with a few tweaks could merit its five stars.

this was our 2nd visit , the staff were wonderful as before the facilities very good, only slight downside pool bar and beach bar do not open until 10th May and unfortunatley we were there on 4th May , The golf course was in excellent condition and very busy as a big competition was on whilst we were there. The pool was beautiful and very clean

We chose this hotel for its golfing facilities and were not disappointed, so if you want a course that will test you and have all the extras this is the very fellow. What struck us was the attention to detail put into the decor and the furnishings. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated with an eye to comfort. The food was very good, fresh and plentiful and served by caring, friendly staff. Hygiene in all areas is excellent. We were lucky to be here after a wet winter so everything was very green, however it was evident that the hotel goes to great lengths to keep it green when it's hot and arid. An excellent choice all round

Our first time golfing in Cyprus or Turkey surpassed all expectations. Exceptional weather for end of Feb a perfect 24c for golf, set off this naturally beautiful, well-presented, immaculate course in a perfect light. Delightfully friendly staff could not do enough to make you feel relaxed and welcome. Not cheap but you get what you pay for - good value. Many thanks - we hope to return soon.

Food was plentiful and varied. if I was a golfer it would definitely be on my radar, as the greens were well looked after and looked enticing. Golfing widows have lots of alternative activities provided. The sight of four Cypriot evening weddings were an interesting add-on to view.

The location is perfect for me and as this is the only hotel in that area it works for me on that level. But there as quite a few things that are not up to standard in the hotel. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the food is not of high standard and the internet is absolutely appalling!

On arrival at hotel reception was informed I would have to pay €244 extra most embarrassing as I had treated friends my booking with you was for four persons two dbl rooms hotel said two persons only. Would think twice before using This hotel as made to look stupid.
