July visit”

Never visited in July before despite visiting anything up to 4 times a year but wont be doing so again. Too noisy kids end even more noisy parents (mainly English). Bar prices are still a rip-off: Why pay 3.50e for 330ml of beer in a plastic cup when you can buy Sagres/ Super Bock, San Muguel etc in the nearly mnini-market for as little as 1.20e. Fanta orange 3.00e.

Is ok”

Location in quite area near beach. Did not use pool inside. Was closed. Outside nice terrace. Breakfast 10 euro. I did not try. Inside room washing machine. Kitchen is ok. But no tea or coffee or bottle of water for welcome. It is inside even 2 stars hotels provided. Knowing 5 stars policy, felt confused. No sleepers too. Umbrella have. So looks like they decide to correct "must list" by their own. Нормально. В тихом районе.

Pros. Pool area and sunbeds, washing machine,gym,sauna, steam room, location,free bus,staff . Cons,sofa bed terrible. Bar prices high.

Good stay but wouldn’t stay again.”

We stayed in room 125 overlooking the car park. We only stayed for 4nights so weren’t too bothered about the view. The room was huge & had good facilities. The noise from the seagulls, car park, people above woke us at all hours throughout the night. Noise just seemed to echo throughout the building & the walls are very thin. The location was good. 5-10 mins walk to the beach & 15-20 mins walk to the old town. I would recommend asking for a room on the top floor if you’re thinking of staying here.

Very Disappointed”

Booked a deluxe room. When i reviewed thus room on forte do vale website,it showed it as an apartment. There were no cooking facilities,no microwave,no iron,ironing board, no tea or coffee facilitird. Extremely diappointed at this as if id knkwn i would not have booked. When i asked to move i was given a blank no from the reception staff. Said they were fully booked but to come back next day. I did this and again he said no,that they had an unexpected arrival and i could not be accommodated.I find that strange as they were fully booked??? I offered to pay but again was told no. Will never book here or recommend this property as I feel totally let down.

Had a short stay at this Hotel , very nice hotel staff very pleasant and helpful, 10/15 minutes from old town and 10 minutes to the strip. I will definitely stay here again

Our Stay”

Our stay was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and explained the layout clearly, we checked in a little earlier as well which was very nice. Our room wa a very spacious for 2 and the self catering facilities were all in good working order. We did notice a small water leak from a pipe in the bathroom but this was rectified very quickly by the staff. The location was excellent close to all shops and the beach. Loved every minute off our stay, can’t wait to go back. Thanks again!

Appartement was goed ”

Het appartement was goed en groot goed gelegen op het gelijkvloers met terras aan het zwembad. Ontbijt vond ik minder, niet veel keus, en bijna geen verse producten. Ook schoonmaak van de kamer werd niet elke dag gedaan, je moest een kaartje aan de deur hangen maar soms kwamen ze niet.

Simpatia do staff, mas deviam estar mais atentos na limpeza do quarto. O apt. , estava com poeira nos armários,a louça não estava limpa e na limpeza diária apenas trocam as toalhas. Inadmissível a forma como fizeram as camas...
