Excellent modern hotel. Travelled with a friend on a walking holiday from Faro. Found the staff, food, rooms first class. Nice small spa. Very pleasant walk around their developing nature reserve. Worth visiting this hotel and great value out of season.

The only real issues we had were the door that didn't always want to unlock and a non-functioning safe. Besides that 100% satisfied. A beautiful hotel with a clean design all round. Nice pool and because of the small number of rooms it never felt crowded even though we were there in the high season. Price is not low, but worth it! Option to eat dinner at the hotel is a welcome one but expect to be there for a while as the kitchen is obviously not made to serve more than 10 people at once. But hey, you're there to relax anyway! Recommended choice!

Air conditioning not working in our room. Staff sugested to leave window open to refresh. Minibar not working. Big damp stain on wall. We arrived around 4 pm and asked if light meal by the pool was possible. The pool has no bar service and at the bar food only available after 7 pm. The hotel is in an isolated place and we had to go to nearest village to eat. Breakfast is good.. Beautiful place.

Hotel itself is nice building, however this is one from just a few advantages of this place. So briefly: rooms has thick walls, so it’s nice and quiet (we’ve had the best room, so I do not know, how it is with the rest), there’s plenty space in rooms, large bathrooms, bed was comfortable, hovewer not as big as suppose to be in the best room. That’s all about good things. Now let’s get to the important part: 1) localisation - for some it may be advantage, however car is absoulte must, and because of strange schedule of hotel restaurant service - the clossest restaurant is about 6km from the hotel. Nearest bar, which is about 2km from the hotel is not the place, where you would like to be when it’s dark outside... Hotel itself is in the quiet area, but it’s not realy nice, the view from the room is ok, but it’s not realy atractive. 2) there is absolutely no information about anything in the room! You won’t find information about the restaurant working hours, about breakfast time, abou

Sehr nettes Personal, ruhige, entspannte Athmosphäre. Kleiner, schöner Wellnessbereich, aber die elektronische Bedienung von Whirlpool und Danpfsauna war nicht ausreichend erklärt, schade! Das Frühstück könnte mit frischem Gemüse(Tomaten und Gurken)noch verbessert werden! Eine vollautomatische Kaffeemachiene wäre eigentlich Standard. Alles in Allem ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

O hotel tem uma localização fantástica para quem quer descanso, calma e relaxar no meio da natureza. No entanto, em pleno agosto não é admissível que um hotel de 4 estrelas não tenha o bar da piscina a funcionar, a piscina das crianças vazia, a sauna e o banho turco não estavam a funcionar e a piscina exterior estava muito suja. Os funcionários talvez sejam a mais valia deste hotel, muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

A estadia foi fantástica, os quartos espaçosos com uma vista deslumbrante, a limpeza e a simpatia de todos os funcionários irrepreensíveis, os espaços comuns fantásticos, o SPA extremamente relaxante, wi-fi em todas as zonas do hotel incluindo dentro dos quartos. O restaurante Enigma Flvours, simplesmente fantástico, oferece um buffet bastante variado e o pequeno almoço com enorme variedade, vasta selecção de pastelaria, frutas, etc. Sem dúvida uma experiência a repetir.

When I booked this hotel thinking about to relax and rest in a nice and a romantic spa hotel. BUT, when I arrived in the room, first bad experience was the AC was not working. On bathroom, shelf wall support was broke, towel hook was broke and the hair dryer didn't work too (one more broken item). It's a pity that they don't keep the hotel conserved, because it's a very nice and calm area. But its a very expansive price for what they offer.
