Good hotel at a great rate. Agaete is a little bit out of the way for some but if you prefer your holidays less noisy and more authentic then this could be worth considering. The breakfasts are really good as well and the swimming pool is great.

Quiet and relaxing high quality hotel”

The hotel was very high quality in terms of facilities and cleaning service. The room was more spacious than I thought and always super clean. The pool area was fresh even though at the time of our stay mostly quite windy. The location was highly relaxing and localish, and the views were fabulous. Not much tourism here, so this is the place to go to completely relax and escape busy city life. The breakfast was versatile and tasty, a great start of a day. The gym (free for guests) was new, fresh and small but versatile enough for a good exercise. The staff was mostly very helpful and nice, especially in the breakfast and the pool bar. The reception staff, however, was a bit shy and a customer needed to kind of lead the situation while dealing with them. Due to the relatively isolated location, there may not be much to do in town. In addition, if you don't enjoy local seafood, it might be hard to find a place to eat.

Everything there is great. Room service would have been nice. The pool, the gardens and the neighbourhood is quite posh. Small irritations wifi was spotty and due to temporary circumstances had to leave our room physically to use our phones, but they said this would be over soon. There used to be pizzaria there and it seems that world has been kept ignorant of this fabulous retreat. Business seemed to be slow, but perhaps because they don't advertise the prices are so unbelievably low. Word of mouth and web reviews seem to be their major marketing strategy.

Friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Spacious room with big balcony but furnishings a bit worn. Wifi ok. Good breakfast. At dinner, confusion over pricing as waiter's English was limited. Hotel location and most rooms with great sea views.

Spectacular view and Excellent Service”

we enjoyed the large pool, easy stroll to puerto de las nieves, grand dining, quiet atmosphere.rooms were large and roomy, maintained beautifully. attentive staff at the front desk and the restaurant. claudio, the senior wait staff was especially kind and helpful. the half board option was very good value.

Beautifully situated hotel at the northwest coast ”

Be aware that the weather can be cold and windy in winter. With the right clothes still a recommendable time to visit.

Nice hotel but very poor service”

New Hotel with nice views straight at the sea. The room service and the friendliness in the receptio area needs major improvement. Staff in restaurant and bar area is very friendly. Expect to pay extra for use of wellness area (Euros per person).

La llegada no es tan fácil como parece viendo las indicaciones de situación en google maps. Hay que tomar un desvío junto al cementerio en la primera rotonda al llegar a Agaete. La recepción tiene un parking cerrado al tráfico y obliga a buscar un sitio para dejar equipaje y pasar a recepción. Una vez solventado el problema de localización y llegada al hotel se empieza a disfrutar de las instalaciones y del entorno. Lo mejor las habitaciones junto a las piscinas y el Spa.

el hotel está en uno de los mejores sitios de la isla. desde el hotel se puede disfrutar de las piscinas naturales de agaete. el hotel ha mejorado en servicio y el comedor en lo que se refiere al desayuno, es éste año mucho más completo. en definitiva, volveremos como siempre no solo nosotros sino un grupo grande de amigos, para celebrar la fiesta de la rama.

Abgelegen, aber sauber und gepflegt”

Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Schuss, jedoch sauber und gepflegt. Personal gibt sich Mühe. Hatten nur Frühstück was aber für Spanien gut war. Umkreis eher ruhig und eingeschränkt. Ohne Mietwagen nicht zu empfehlen. Anlage war gepflegt und Zugang zum Hafen vorhanden.

Het bed was zo ontzettend hard dat wij beide erg veel last van onze rug kregen, terwijl we daar normaal nooit last van hebben. Erg vervelend wakker worden dus! Alle kamers schenen het zelfde bed te hebben dus het enige wat ze ons aan konden bieden was dat het matras van het slaapbankje (sofabed) in onze kamer boven op ons matras werd gelegd. Het eten (ontbijt/diner) in het restaurant van het hotel was niet geweldig.

Mooie en rustige ligging, puerto nuevo op wandel afstand(veel en lekkere vis restaurants) De kamers zijn ruim en hebben een mooi uitzicht op de oceaan.Het ontbijt buffet is ruim en gevarieerd. Ook het diner was steeds zeer lekker, 4 gangen menu voor 25€ (wij hadden kamer en ontbijt) De wellness is te betalen maar zeker de moeite waard. Wij hebben er een mooie week gehad. Als je niet graag in de toeristische steden zit is dit zeker te overwegen.

hotellin henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja kielitaitoista. huone oli tilava ja siisti. alle 1-vuotiaan lapsen kanssa majoittautuminen oli kätevää. huoneessamme odotti vauvansänky, kuten oli sovittu. terassiltamme oli suora käynti uima-allasalueelle ja merinäköala. aamiainen oli runsas ja tunnelma kiireetön. hotellilta on reitti alas rantaan merivesialtaille ja siitä eteenpäin port de nievesin satamaan. portaita ei ollut, joten lastenrattaiden kanssa liikkuminen oli vaivatonta. maisemat ovat todella upeat. satamasta on lauttayhteys teneriffalle. lähin kauppa taisi olla spar melko lähellä satamaa. miinusta oli erittäin pieni kylpylä ja ettei sen käyttö kuulunut huonehintaan.
