Very nice hotel with great location”

We have stayed in NH Victoria for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located in the city center so close to everything. It is at the middle of commercial districts and you can find almost all major brands at your doorstep. It is also walking distance to the Cathedral and the old Moorish quarter. It is a short taxi ride, 7 euros, to the Alhambra. You are strongly recommended to purchase the ticket of Alhambra online beforehand, or risking waiting for an hour or more under the sun. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport and the nearest stop is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Ideal location for Granada”

We got the bus from Seville to Granada then a local bus to a stop a very short walk to the hotel. The location is perfect for touring the city with a short walk to some attractions or bus stops. There are many local restaurants to choose from. The room was large and well appointed. Noise was a minor problem. The air conditioning worked well so we could keep windows closed. Highly recommended for a stay in Granada

Great hotel”

We enjoyed our stay in NH Victoria. The only criticism is we had a huge aircon machine outside our window which was very noisy. If we come again I would request a room facing out not an internal room.

Great location, Make sure you book for Alhambra!!”

Really enjoyed our stay at another NH hotel. We were greeted by English speaking staff which is handy as my Spanish is poor!! Note- we arrived earlier than the standard 2pm checkin. They Will offer you a superior room which is ready and waiting for an extra 25 euros per night. Now some might say no straight out, but we travelled overnight by train. We jumped at the chance of a shower and a bed. Very clever marketing ploy if people arrive by train early in the am When everything is shut! Rooms were clean and fresh. Would stay again.

Great hotel - No problems, No Complaints”

A well sited hotel convenient for access to all of central Granada. Room was very good with appropriate provision of tea, coffee, water, toiletries, etc. staff friendly and helpful. We had no problems so hardly had to speak to them. Breakfast is good with quite a variety of choices - not amazing and a little overpriced for what they are offering. I recommend this hotel to all for a relaxed stay in central Grenada

Very good centralized location in the City Center”

Perfect location in the city center. Near to many eateries , shopping area & sights. It is even within 5 mins walking distance to the bus stop to take the bus to La Alhambra. Check in & out were swiftly done by the friendly staff. Clean room, comfortable bed & clean toilet. Hotel car park is just below the hotel but is chargeable at Eur20.50 per day. Overall, a great stay for us! Will definitely return.

Centrally located hotel”

The hotel is centrally located and within the shopping district! There are many cafes and restaurants around so there is no worry about not being able to find a place to eat or drink at. The hotel also helped us to arrange to watch Flamenco in the caves but they did not inform us that the price included a walking/cultural tour before the show. Hence we were quite shocked when we were told to get off the bus and start the walking tour. But I guess it was an added benefit since we got to learn about the other part of the city (hill opposite the Alhumbra) which we would not have originally gone to. The hotel room was very modern and the bathroom was quite big.

Real 4-star Hotel with Great location”

Great location, comfortable room. Polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended to stay in Granada. Bus stop, taxi stop, restaurants and shops are literally in front of the hotel. Truly great!

Good hotel in a central location”

Historical hotel right smack in the center of Granada (Massimo Dutti and Zara are right next door). Very convenient location, food within 10-15mins walking distance. Rooms are decent / simple but no complaints. Receptionist gave the most useful tip when we forgot to book our tickets for Alhambra online - try again at midnight for the next day; some bookings may free up.

Comfort hotel in the city center”

The hotel was located in a very strategic place, right in the city center. The room was comfortable and had good facilities. The only thing you have to concern when you stay with family that it's a busy street even till midnight.

Great location, great room”

Room was central to all activities in Granada, especially the parade they had when we were there. Staff was helpful and got us info clearly. Room was fantastic. One of the best of our trip.

Excellent”

Situated in the center of city, very convenient for many eateries, restaurants, sites and all. The room is clean and comfortable. However the room is abit old, does not like the photos on the site. Other than that, the rest is good.

Fantastic Location! Good service”

The hotel is right smack in the middle of town within walking distance of everything you need in Granada. The Alhambra is a few minutes by taxi and the cathedral and main shopping districts are in walking distance. Highly recommended for visiting town.

Great Hotel in Granada”

It’s centrally located - in the middle of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms and toilet were large and very clean. Ammenities like coffee, water, boiling kettle, etc were provided free of charge. My best hotel experience in Spain.

Very nice hotel”

Stayed here 3 nights. I was driving so chose this place since it seemed to be convenient to get to from the highway and had parking, albeit very expensive $21e. Had a very nice stay here, pretty modern hotel, clean comfortable rooms, great location within walking distance to everything, requested an inner room so didn't hear any outside noise at all. Had free wireless for two people, just had to ask them for a new password every 24 hours. Didn't have the hotel breakfast but there are very good places just down the street towards Plaza Nueva.

Lovely hotel at great location”

i chose to upgrade to deluxe room at euro 25. room includes a balcony which you can see the streets. hotel room is very spacious and what you expect in a 4 star hotel with all the required needs. however, the wifi connection is not that good. it is quite slow and you have to go thru the hassle of logging into the network every 24hr. you have to collect the wifi password everytime from the counter. i found this is abit of a hassle. rather than renewal of password every 24hr, i think it is best to log in using the room no with last name of the customer.
