Overall very happy although the in-house menu and bar prices were more expensive compared to the decent restaurant just next door.

Good location, clean & tidy.
Small bedroom but fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very expensive if not included in the room rate but plenty of cafes nearby.

Poor service
I had gone to pick up the car from an adjacent parking area, and left my wife to manage the luggage. The two staff on duty at the concierge desk watched my wife and two young children struggle with 6 pieces of luggage including 3 heavy bags and did not even offer to help! The strength of any hotel lies with its staff and I'm afraid in this case the poor service we experienced ruined our stay.
