Did not get what I paid for!!
Had two rooms 1 room paid for a King size bed received a queen size. My in-laws traveling with us received a King for the same room category. The second room received a full size bed although I paid for a Queen. Manager told me he can upgrade me to a Suite for 600 pounds per night and that was all he could do. The suite was on the third floor which was a smoking floor in which you knew as soon as you entered the hallways. The children could only swim from 6:30am to 10:30 am and 3:30pm to 5:30 pm. Was not told they had swimming restrictions for the children on the website or prior to me checking in. One of the reason why I booked the hotel was because my children wanted to swim on their vacation. Was not happy.!!!

Outstanding service
One of the most amazing stays in London. The staff are fantastic very friendly and professional. The hotel is glorious rooms are spacious and so clean. All products used are white company so all top notch!! This is officially my favorite hotel in London!!

Whole bedroom stank of smoke
We were apparently just put on the 'smoking floor'. What hotels do that? Curtains, bed smelt. Made me feel sick all night. Hotel itself is lovely.
