Hotel by the park
Hotel is dated but the room size is big for London. Staff are very attentive and location is easy to get around.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and staff were very helpful. It's very nice to have a park right beside to enjoy...

Excellent value for money, great location!
Location, fantastic close to royal college of physicians. Friendly staff, room large and clean excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.
Pleasant stay complimented by friendly staff staff. Was 8 months pregnant at the time staff ensured I was comfortable providing extra pillows. Convenient locational it all the better the experience.

Very nice hotel - but not for business purposes
Location, cleanliness and service
A very nice hotel with an outstanding location, good breakfast (though over priced) and generally very comfortable. Very friendly staff. It has one major drawback: The internet is very slow and unrealiable (in some of the rooms?)which makes the hotel unsuitable for a business traveller who relies on fast internet access for his/her business. Despite many requests, the only real answer provided was to go to the business centre in the hotel.

Good location but tiny (like claustrophobic) rooms
Location, breakfast, quiet hotel/location (not much street noise).
It was okay, breakfast was good, rooms were tiny (you couldn't pull out the chair (desk chair) since it hit the bed, you couldn't place the luggage anywhere, there were not enough room between the wall and the bed to place a medium/semi big (not the biggest size) hardcase suitcase. Felt claustrophobic. No hooks to hang your jacket on next to the door, you had to use the "wardrobe" but since it was next to the bed and not the door and with barely no room to access it, we didnt even use it. And the shielding over the electrical sockets (more than one socket) kept falling off making it feel unsafe to charge your phone (so we charged it through the usb on the tv instead).

Quiet, Easy Access, Helpful Concierge
Check in was easy and unfortunate that the card key coder was out of action requiringa Security escort everytime you wanted to re-enter the room. The lift floor select system still works well. Standard rooms are a little cramped & an upgrade would be well worth considering. The hotel operates an auto mini bar charging system so be prepared to pay £15 if you want to use it as a fridge.Why? Our recall of the restaurant was that thebreakfasts did used to be better. Having said that the choice is well varied and perfectly adequate. Concierge staff are helpful and courteous.
