Poor Service
After long 13 hours flight , I reach hotel around 9 am , and request for early check in , they only want us to upgrade to club room and pay additional 35 pound each person then they will let us check in early, I never accept it, so I waited for 5 hours in lobby .

Wi-fi Access
I booked the room with Agoda and was shocked when I asked for Wi-Fi access but was told that the rate I selected does not cover Wi-Fi access!!! I'd have to pay extra for that. However, when I went to the reception to pay, the gentleman on duty gave me the Wi-Fi password for free. That misunderstanding or whatever it was should be cleared up. If the hotel cannot afford to provide wireless internet access at a particular rate they should inform guests before hand. Besides in this day and age booking a hotel without free Wi-Fi access is like staying in a hotel room without a bed.
