Only a nice park infront of hotel

Cheap. Got what I paid for
Quiet, cheap,
Was attending to see London East. Wanted to find a cheap place close to an underground. This hotel was 15 min walk from Gant Hill's station. The receptionist was also a bar tender in the hotel bar, so the service could be slow. Shower was destroyed, but all in all, an OK place if you just need a bed and bath room

Beyond awful and disappointing
The only thing was it was closely located to Ilford city centre and station.
Terrible, rooms not as in photos, smelly, stuffy, drainage smells and very un attentive and unfriendly male staff. Also stairs r as if u r walking In a haunted house creeky n unstable.

Great Hotel staff where good
Breakfast spot on and clean and tidee
Room where clean shower was good one thing power point ie plugs only two one was not buy the kettle? if two people needed to charge phone and watch tele well. Other that that it was a good clean Hotel.

you get what you pay
not expensive
if you don't mind staying quit a distance from the city, rain coming through the window, showering with a minimum on water, hearing the noise from the street and the room next door and you're budget travelling, this is a good choice. breakfast is oké, buts gets a bit boring after three days. the food in the restaurant of the same owners is very good. i can recommend having diner there.

small room of dubious diy quality. licks of paint to cover blistered imperfections in the walls and wallpaper on the ceiling. heater was on timer, therefore room was cold during the day, receptionist on duty upon arrival wasn't aware of this. bathroom was not filthy but had a similar dodgy diy appearance. dots of silicone kit blacked out on the tiles. good 15-20 minutes (glad it was sunny) walk from gants hill underground station with cheap cafetarias next to it. good for a budget trip with plenty of time to get to and out of the centre, but definitily not for a romantic getaway. best effort english breakfast

personnel très serviable
On a quitter l’hôtel d'urgence nous avions réservée trois nuit normalement on doit être rembourser d'une nuit sur 3!! Hotel très bruyant nous étions placer a coter de la réception et la nuit fut très agiter entre le téléphone qui arrêtait pas de sonner et des clients qui était a la réceptions En ce qui concerne l'emplacement de l’hôtel nous étions a 40 min du cœur de Londres et pas très bien desservie !! Donc en conclusion je le déconseille même pour une nuit !!
